can't describe how much help I received from Kim. She has been amazing from start to finish and without her I would have given up. She was always there to listen, to answer all my questions and act when needed. She worked so hard even on her holiday, always supporting me and advising me what to do. She was doing it from the bottom of her heart; I've never came across such dedicated person who helped me so much with my renting house. I will miss you Kim! Kim has been an absolute hero throughout pretty much the last YEAR for me. I’m a ftb, I asked a lot of questions (probably the same ones more than once) and she was super patient and quick. I genuinely don’t think I would have got it done without her help, absolutely seek her out if you don’t know what you’re doing and if you think you do, she’s a great person to have in your corner.

Were really pleased that we chose to use a broker and even more pleased that we used Bluegate Mortgages they took the stress out of it all for us and it really felt like the personal touch and that they cared about our situation so we felt confident to put our full trust with our future in their hands.
The whole process of buying a home can be a minefield with so many third parties involved but Kim is so knowledgeable about every aspect of buying a home and has performed above and beyond the call of duty with help and advice and was always contactable when needed.

I would highly recommend Kim to anyone looking for a mortgage broker. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. She made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns, and she was always available to help me out. I was very happy with the end result, This is the second time Kim has helped me secure good rates on my mortgages and I would definitely use her again in the future.

Absolutely amazing! Kim was so helpful and easy to talk to from start to finish! As a first time buyer I had no idea where to start but she explained everything and helped me to understand what was happening at each step! Highly recommend! 😀
