I had a great experience working with BlueHira!

From design to delivery, the folks at BlueHira worked directly with me to create the engagement ring I had dreamed up for my fiancée -- they were incredibly patient as we went back and forth on it and really took the time to understand what my vision was.

I couldn't recommend them enough.

Great overall selection, truly one of a kind customer support, all the while being very professional and attentive.

The amazing people at BlueHira helped design and create the perfect engagement and wedding ring for my 20 year vow renewal. My wife can’t stop looking at it. And at a price that was so ridiculous that I LITERALLY took it to a jeweler to confirm it was real.

I bought a lens to look at the etching to confirm it was the diamond I selected, bought a scratch test to ensure it was real platinum, and generally went over this ring with a fine tooth comb. Cause…c’mon. No way I was getting this level of personalized customer service, custom design, unbelievably high quality diamond, and gorgeous platinum for the price I paid.

But it’s all legit.

And to add to the amazing experience… there was one tiny flaw in the finished product and they IMMEDIATELY overnighted the ring back to them, fixed it, and sent it back to me. And it’s at times like those that you really get to know the quality of a company’s customer service.

I am blown away.

So this is our second purchase and once again they hit it out the park. Every where my wife and I go we get compliments about ours rings. Bluehira is the place to purchase your jewlery. In the beginning the customer support was difficult to understand but they worked hard with me to get what I needed. But the biggest issue was the website. Many glitches and inability to process payment. After I had ordered everything via “messages” I had to reach out days later for a tracking number. Periodically they bet the course of over a week the information via the tracking number did not change. I reached out to the company in several occasions and the one time after getting me the tracking number I did hear back was a day later. Not very helpful or reliable communication. I’ll update the review after the artist finally got ahold of me and explained everything I appreciated his response so I caged the rating and gave him 2 more stars at this point.
