Great experience with these guys , understood the complexities of shift work and me being awful at getting back to people. Sorted my mortgage renewal out easy and with no faff , highly recommend these guys and will be coming back!

Jane helped us every step of the way, including alerting us close to when our AIP was coming close to expiring. All contact via email was answered same day, often within minutes.

We first dealt with Matt over a year and a half ago, when we made our initial house move and everything went so smoothly and he completely took the stress of mortgages and moves, away from us!

Now, we’re in contact with Jane who is dealing with our next move which has a bit of complexity to it due to needing to port some of our current mortgage, and so far, she has been equally as good as Matt!

We won’t use anyone else if we ever need to again in the future, the team are fantastic!

We spoke to Jane at the beginning of our house buying journey, with very limited expectations. We were expecting to receive some advice on what we needed to do to get a mortgage, but within a few weeks we had received our mortgage offer!

Throughout the whole process Jane has set us at ease even during stressful situations. She kept in touch regularly and when updates were needed from solicitors, she pro actively requested these before they became an issue.

I cannot recommend Jane highly enough, without her we absolutely would not be the proud owners of our first family home. Plus she had me to deal with, and I know full well that during stressful situations I can be a nightmare, so thankyou so much for all your help Jane.

Matt made the whole process easy to follow. He was professional but also friendly for a chat. I had had some awful quotes before finding Matt and he was able to sort me a descent mortgage and I’ve been in my new house nearly a year now.

It was the easiest and most pain free experience of ever applying for a mortgage. (And have held a mortgage since 1997)

All the headaches and form filling was completed by Matt and team. I just sat back and it was sorted. Cannot believe it was so easy.

Now this month was looking for extra borrowing to spend on house and clear some bits and applied via Blue Light as my broker, for the extra funds.
