Placed two multi-item orders in the past two weeks, and it was a fantastic experience both times. My orders shipped the next day, and were delivered in two business days. Everything was packed well (some items were pretty fragile), and all items were fresh. Tracking the orders was easy on their website, and the rewards program is great. I like to stock up when they have sales, especially, because they usually have a 20% discount. Not only do you get a great discount, you earn points that turn into $ for future spending. Overall, this was an amazing experience!

I would absolutely opt for zero stars. I had a miserable experience at the store in East Hampton. After being told by the store manager that she would exchange a product for a different one, I drove home to get the unsatisfactory product. When I returned to the store the manager told me she couldnât help me because she had to go to lunch. I waited patiently in the store and when she returned she said she couldnât help me and absolutely denied her previous offer. The entire transaction (from original purchase not being scanned properly) to being misled were infuriating. I called Customer Service and at the end of a long back and forth and being put on hold the service person told me that they were only authorized to resolve online purchase issues! I asked why I hadnât I been told that immediately and not wasted 45 minutes. I donât know what corporation owns this retail outlet but they should sell it off and take a loss just like I had to.

Looks like itâs a trend. Terrible customer service. Once they charge and ship. They donât care if package is arrived. They tell me call UPS. That states package was damaged. UPS tells me call vendor that they were told it was damaged.
Horrible customer service and support
I ordered a Dyson Airwrap from this site for the first time. The seller shipped the item via UPS to the address I provided, but the package was never delivered to me.
After contacting their customer service by both email and phone, I was told they would not investigate the issue. Instead, they claimed they are not responsible for missing packages and that I should deal with UPS directly. This is completely unacceptable. When a customer purchases a product, the seller is responsible for choosing the shipping method and ensuring the item is successfully delivered. It is their obligationânot the customerâsâto investigate delivery issues and resolve them.
Based on this experience, I will not be doing business with this company again. I strongly advise others to avoid this site, as their practices feel unreliable and untrustworthy.

I am a Sapphire rewards member, and am so disappointed in them lately. Last month, my order was canceled days later for âinsufficient product.â After this I should have known better than to order anymore online. Placed another order that did ship, but I just received it without any samples (both of which I selected/wanted). Get it together Bluemercury. You have a TON of competition (all of whom have up to date stock information, actually send samples, and have better rewards programs), and your e-commerce service is atrocious.

HORRIBLE. I spent over $500 online and one of the products was missing from my order. Not a big deal, right? Well, I contacted their customer service department who informed me that the product was NOT AVAILABLE and yet I WAS CHARGED. I didn't receive any communication alerting me to this issue. In fact, I would have never known if it wasn't for me reaching out. To make matters worse, they shrugged it off with a stock response and offered me a laughably basic 15% off. I will take my high-spending, beauty addiction elsewhere.

This was my second visit to Bluemercury, and once again, I was warmly greeted by Innaâa true gem. I meant to leave a review after my first visit (which was excellent), but it somehow got lost in the abyss, so Iâm making up for it now.
For the record, Iâm a male who takes skincare seriously, and Iâve been purchasing products through Bluemercury while working closely with Inna. She has been exceptionalâgenuinely warm, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She always takes the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly, and her authentic, no-pressure approach makes shopping here a real pleasure.
As a bonus, during yesterdayâs visit, I also met Rachael, a representative from another skincare brand, and she was equally delightful and informative. Together, they made sure I left with the right information and products to keep my skincare routine on track.
Thank you, Inna and Rachael, for making both visits such a positive and welcoming experience. Iâll definitely be back.

Lipstain - handle threads to keep it screwed together SHREDDED apart 2months after purchasing. Exploded all over my bag and ruined it. Was not cheap. Ironically my CVS lipstick was fine and still screwed together even with no threads to hold it together, so it was not likely my abuse of the tube causing this explosion. threw out contents of my purse in public bathroom. Picture of the ruined item insufficient for refund. Denied any refund without being willing to go back into convention toilet-trash to go find it. Need to stick to cheap makeup - when it ruins your stuff, you will have more money left over to clean up with.
HORRIBLE, EXPIRED PRODUCTS
HORRIBLE! There is a reason their stores are always dusty and empty! I was sent expired products, 5 years past their manufacturing date. Their response was an automated return email, however markdowns are not eligible for return. Bluemercury sells moldy, expired high end products. I contacted the company that produced the products they were 3 years expired. If you want moldy Tata Harper or LaMer they got you!

However, I couldnât figure out which product or shade was right for me, so I went to visit my local Blue Mercury beauty consultants. After they listened to my concerns (aging, sensitivity, redness), they recommended the Chantecaille line, and only sold me what I needed (foundation, concealer, sponge). They saved me from trial & error & $. The Blue Mercury beauty consultants are experts who know and recommend the right products for you!

I got my order 4 days later! It did take a couple days for the order confirmation email, so I got a little nervous because of the reviews on here, but I emailed them & they got back to me within a couple hours!!
I ended up getting the confirmation email 2 days after ordering, then my package arrived 2 days after that.

I had a perfectly good and straightforward experience ordering from Bluemercury. I placed my order for one item on a Friday afternoon, it was promptly confirmed by email, and then shipped the following Monday p.m. via UPS with tracking information available. A simple email inquiry to customer service after ordering was answered right away, clearly and in a very nice way.

After my multiple experiences with credit card fraud at Blue Mercury, I was not going to shop there any longer. But the M-61 products are the only thing that has helped my post hysterectomy skin. So I saw that M-61 had its own website. I tried ordering online and an hour later, I still had not received a confirmation email. I looked up their contact info and it is Blue Mercury, too. When I called about my order, I was told it had been cancelled on their end for possible card fraud (just like with Blue Mercury). It seems further shady that they have their website where you can buy M-61 products and then they have an M-61 website. Hella shady.
Multiple experiences of credit card fraud after purchases with them
I have had multiple experiences of ordering in store and online. Online orders were always cancelled on their end, no matter the card used and how much money was on it, and they claimed it was a suspicious card and would need investigating on their end if I wanted to go ahead with the order (24-48 business day hours for them to make a decision if they wanted to push the order through). In store, the last 4 times we have made purchases (3 different cards), there were fraudulent charges on those cards the same day to 3 days after purchase and cards had to be cancelled. I believe their âwe donât take cashâ policy is in place so that they can take credit card info and farm it out. Same with allowing you to put your credit card info in online to make the purchase but then cancelling the order on their end.
