I have used this company since starting my business over 25 years ago. They sold the company or merged with Cardpointe. I have found them to be deceptive at best, committing fraud at worst. They up your processing fees without informing you, they charge $29.99 for a statement fee that is paperless. They charged $39 month for PCI compliance when I was not even informed it was going to expire and when I opened a ticket questioning it they closed it immediately with an email saying they sent out an email which I could not find in spam or trash. I called to discuss all this and was told someone would be assigned to my case and get back to me within 24 hours. It has been over 4 weeks and no one has returned my call. If you value your time and hate getting frustrated at being ripped off I say steer clear of this company. They deserve 0 stars for the way they do business.

My company uses BluePay for payment processing. We have recently run into major issues. After about 5 calls to support and hours on hold we were told that the we had to email an email address and would be hearing back within 5-10 minutes. Its now been 2 days and no response. We have customers who are having payment issues that we cannot fix until BluePay helps and they are no where to be found. In the 5 calls to Customer Service we were also told 5 different things. I can't believe that they deal with peoples' money and are this terrible at supporting it.
