Incredible hosts. We had a last minute cancellation for an Airbnb and we were able to book instantly. Hosts were extremely communicative, kind and thoughtful. The apartment was well furnished and clean. Thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely cottage in a great location. Check in details were well communicated and everything inside was as described. We were a family of six adults and the facilities were perfect for us, loads of space with everything we could have needed. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and a lovely quiet street. We would definitely book again if visiting Southsea.

Great place. 5 of us stayed here as working in the area. Nice to get out of the centre of Portsmouth. Would stay again :)

We stayed at "2 BR Stylish Cosy Bright Cottage, Pet Friendly - Titchfield Village". The Cottage was a delight...cosy, pretty, well maintained, clean and fully equipped, The location was great...just a very short walk to shops, cafes and pubs. The managing team were responsive, efficient and helpful. The stay could not have gone better.

Staying at Kate’s Apartment was a great experience for me and my little family. We had a peaceful stay. My wife and kids loved it! The place was well-equipped and really comfortable. Feel like home! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice, neat and clean place while being in Southampton.

A fantastic, clean, spacious apartment that slept 5 and a dog with no problem, excellent location, really secure and safe and the owners respond to any questions in minutes, before, during and after, absolutely no problem on any aspect, would definitely stay in this property and with these owners again

The location is very good, in the city center. So it was very easy to go anywhere around southampton. Apartement is very clean and stylist with all the thing that we need for 9 days stay.

From start to finish (including the booking process), the Blue Puffin team made my experience so smooth and positive! Communication was top notch; prompt, clear and always friendly. There were a couple of very minor maintenance items (not previously reported to them) that needed to be taken care of but their immediate attention to resolve them was stellar! My overall experience was just incredible and I would certainly stay at one of their properties again when visiting. Thanks for a lovely experience! <3

It was perfect experience for us , There was so many necessary convenience’s in the Apartment so very thoughtful and kind , Really helped us Enjoy our stay , We Had An Amazing Time , And if I needed alittle help the Blue Puffin stay Receptionist was extremely helpful . It’s a very peaceful Area in the Heart of the City And So Easy to get into the town and return ..

We absolutely loved our stay at Otterholme! The location is amazing—right by the river, close to beautiful woodlands, and within walking distance to lovely restaurants and pubs. It truly leaves nothing to wish for.

The house itself is incredibly spacious yet feels wonderfully homey. Our family of eight had an amazing time together. The gardens are perfect for outdoor activities and provide a stunning backdrop for watching the sunset in the evening. The pool is a great size, even with several people in it, and the pool house ensures you can enjoy it no matter the weather.

The property alone deserves 5 stars, but Blue Puffin, the managing agency should get six stars as they made this trip unforgettable. They were always quick to reply to any of our queries and took real care and effort to send us recommendations for things to do and visit. The recommended chef, Adam, was incredible and made a birthday meal for my dad that we will always remember.

A huge thank you to Blue Puffin for all their help and support. We can recommend them unreservedly and will definitely come to stay again in the future!

I stayed in one of their apartments in Southampton., the apartment was well equipped and clean and in a convenient location and not to mention their excellent customer service and communication.
Also they were able to provide us with special request in a short period. Will definitely be staying with them again

We originally booked the "Modern Townhouse 3-BR, Sleeps 8" by Blue Puffin, attracted by its contemporary design and convenient location near the beach. However, two days before our scheduled check-in, I received an email from Blue Puffin informing us that the boiler in our chosen property was broken. They offered us the option to either cancel our booking or stay at an alternative property.

The email stated, "We will be upgrading you to one of our more luxurious properties in Portsmouth. You will now be staying at Tide Cottage, a stunning property with a coastal theme, which is much bigger than Maxwell Manor. This property features three bedrooms and one master bathroom with a shower over the bath and a separate en-suite with a shower.”

Pressed for time and reassured by the positive reviews and decent photos, we reluctantly accepted the change. The new location was indeed more convenient, with a supermarket just a few minutes away. However, this is where the positives ended.

Tide Cottage, despite recent renovations, felt old and had an unpleasant, musty odor. The rooms were small, and the "master bathroom" was essentially a cramped space tucked inside a cupboard. The steep stairs and low windows posed significant safety hazards for our toddler, and the overall cleanliness was questionable at best. One of the bedrooms had a foul-smelling carpet with what appeared to be a pet stain, likely from a cat, rendering it unsuitable for us to sleep in, especially with a child. The windows, which couldn’t be safely opened, only added to our discomfort.

The layout of the property, with its fireplaces and lack of plain walls, made it incredibly challenging to find a suitable spot for a baby cot. I reached out to Blue Puffin to express our concerns, only to receive a response emphasising that Tide Cottage had been "meticulously upgraded to an extremely high standard" and that previous guests, including families, had left glowing reviews. They also insisted that the carpets were relatively new and regularly cleaned, which did not match our experience.

To make matters worse, when we attempted to wash the bed linen, we discovered stains on the mattresses, and the washing machine broke down during the process. Blue Puffin blamed us for overloading it, although we only had the bed linens inside (like a few sheets only). They did, however, provide us with new linens, which was the one small relief during our stay.

Overall, this was one of the worst stays we've ever had. While Blue Puffin did attempt to assist by providing replacement linens, the condition of Tide Cottage was far from what we expected or found acceptable. Families with young children or those without pets should be particularly cautious about staying here

We had a lovely relaxing break in a great part of Southsea. I would highly recommend Blue Puffin Stays to anyone looking for a Pet Friendly stay with super responsive hosts and superb facilities. I will definitely be staying with them again.

The customer service made this long weekend stay excellent. We had been let down by another property days before attending a wedding weekend. This property is fabulous and thank you customer service
