Online site is broken, no response from the staff, I'm not going to call the 1-800 to order something I cant view on the website.

Was a little worried with the last few reviews left in regards to delayed shipments, however, my order shipped and arrived fast. No complaints and I plan making more purchases from them in the future.

Absolutely the very worst online experience. Bought my shoes online back in may, received the wrong shoe size(sent a 7, though I asked for a 9). Was told I had to pay for return. No follow up, until I made repeated calls and promised replacement shoes for over a month. Tired, I asked for my money back, which I was given minus original shipping costs. Beware of this company by all means.

Not sure what the issue is with this company. I ordered an item on 7/4, they confirmed on 7/6 but didn't ship until 7/9. Now, tracking says delayed - on it's way to next destination. What does that mean? Where's the package? Plus, BlueSky gives no notice of the delay. They just expect you to wait forever, without any updates. Can't blame Covid-19 for this. Just a poor customer service experience. This will be my last order with them. Too many other good sellers to choose from.

7/16/20 UPDATE: Now apparently, Blue Sky realizes this package is lost or stuck somehow in the USPS system. They admitted they don't know where my order is. USPS shows no scan for 4 days. I asked for a refund. I also filed an inquiry with USPS online, just to see where the package is. Frustrating that Blue Sky doesn't take the initiative to help their customers with shipment info. Based on recent negative reviews, something has changed for Blue Sky.

I placed an order a week ago. I’ve received no update since the order confirmation. They don’t respond to email or pick up their phone. I’m going to have to start a credit card dispute and find the products somewhere else. It’s too bad, they used to be great.

Been using these guys for years with no problem until I had to do a return for the first time. Had to email repeatedly about the status with very, very slow response. They wouldn't provide a refund until I threatened a bank dispute...said they couldn't find my item in the shop although tracking number I provided clearly showed the date and time that it was delivered to them. Refund still hasn't posted... poor communication and very slow to respond, last time for me.

Ordered a couple of ebike batteries. Great price, quick service, great product. I would recommend.

I bought the wrong item and they were very helpful and fixed the order right away. Amazing customer service which is hard to find still nowadays. Would highly recommend ordering from them.

I bought some bike parts online on September 13th during working hours and they only shipped my items on September 18th at night ... will only receive it on Monday September 24th by the end of the day ... I own 6 bikes from folding, to electric, fixie, mountain, hybrid, buy a lot of parts and accessories and will probably stick to predictable Amazon Prime shipping or other supplier next time ... buying a pair of 700x25 tires today and will do it from BikeTiresDirect ... they ship it within 2 days of purchase.

Classic bait and switch

Ordered one version of the Deore brake lever and they informed me days after "purchasing" it that it is not in stock and won't be until end of summer, but that they will send me the standard version for the same price. "Golly, you mean I can get the version that did not order for no discount whatsoever?!?! Sign me up," of course is what I said.

I wouldnt go so far as to say that this place is a scam, but I can confidently say that they are inferior to any other online retailer I have used. They didnt even let me know it was out of stock for 2 full business days. And they dont have free shipping, which is definitely industry standard. Never again.

very quality product, prices are affordable!

I've been wanting to upgrade my brakes since I bought my mountain bike. I was referred to Blue Sky Cycling by a colleague who spoke highly about them. Sure enough when I got a chance to check them out, everything my colleague said about the great prices and customer service were all true! I give them 5 stars and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Eddie and the whole Blue Sky crew!

the only point to review is the very expensive shipping cost to mexico.
sometimes I need acumulate many things for convenience.
I think if the costumer have a clean history in his buys the shipping costs could reducing almost the half.

Seriously. Blue Sky has great a great selection, prices & sales; most importantly, they get my purchase to me very quickly.What else is there?

I love the bars. Blue Sky Cycling had the best prices fort he product I was looking for. I would buy from them again in two seconds!
