They have great prices and knowledgeable customer service team who helped me understand the differences in products before I bought them.

I've made many purchases without issue. All were shipped promptly and the merchandise was as expected. I've only done 1 return and it went smoothly. I have no reason not to recommend BlueSkyCycling.com and I often do to my friends and family.

Hard to find components, are normally available at this store, and they offer very competitive prices, and they shipping is fast.

I am very pleased with blue sky cycling. The shipping was slow but that was due to fed ex not blue sky. Their customer support is excellent and helpful and the products are top notch for the right price.

I have purchased from them many times over but I would like to see a refresh of their site to make certain items filtered to make the purchasing experience more efficient and palpable. I just choose to order over the phone instead but it would be helpful as well if its Google Approved also.

I was excited to get back into mtb'ing, and needed a helmet for the upcoming weekends ride. I had previously shopped at Bluesky with great satisfaction. I found a great deal on a helmet, some bars, stem and other items. Placed order on a Saturday or Sunday, fulling knowing the items wouldn't probably ship until Monday or Tuesday. Finally, with no contact from Bluesky, I called them on Wednesday. After looking up my order I was told they could not find the helmet in the warehouse. I was a bit miffed and asked why I hadn't been notified. No real answer. To their credit, they did offer me a newer version of the helmet, but only in hi-viz color in my size, at the sale price of the other helmet. I accepted, and requested 2 day shipping to get it in time for the weekend. Not only did it not show up before the weekend, but the hi-viz version of this helmet is more hideous in person that I ever imagined. Oh well, I wear it. All my riding buddies get to make jokes at every ride. Overall, the prices at Bluesky can't be beat, but having to call 4 - 5 days after an order because of no contact is not acceptable to me. The only reason I give 3 stars is the offer to upgrade at the same price (which I am kicking myself for).

I love Blue Sky, but I needed some parts quickly so ordered them on a Wednesday night and paid extra for the 2-day air. I expected to get my parts no later than Saturday, but for some reason FedEx has instructions to only deliver on weekdays, which meant I paid extra and didn't get my stuff until Monday. Lame. That's standard shipping yet I paid for 2-day

So as it seems, most of their inventory are leftovers from item lines that have been replaced or refurbished for the current model year. In most cases that translates into simply new graphics on the actual product, but it results in big savings for you and me. Out of the dozen or so products Ive ordered from BSC, one seat had a funky seam, which made me wonder if it was a factory second, or simply a random and normal manufacturing variation. I decided it didnt much matter, since after a few uses, it would probably look the same anyway. Luckily in orders since then, I haven't run into anything even remotely questionable. Its simply leftover stuff that didn't sell, being blown out at discounted prices. If they would offer free shipping, it would be a grand slam, but hey, they gotta make a few pennies somehow.

I have made several orders from Blue Sky and they always have great prices and sales. I have only experienced good customer service and fast shipping.
