I am very happy with my experience with Bluestar.
Wassi was very throughout with his research and his support was genuine in my opinion. As German as I am I like to play it safe, so I can recommend him and Bluestar to anyone who is on the same page as me!

Wassi has been very professional and accommodative. Knowledgeable, understanding and very reasonable follow through. Can’t ask for more.

I just signed up and everything was on point. Fast communication and response times, easy to read literature and hassle free application process. Very pleased and keep up the good work!

Ray Kelly is explaining everything to me and encourages me to see the goal during covid times in China, where things are more challenging to do. This gives me the confidence and the reinsurance that working with Bluestar is the right plan for me.

I have been with Bluestar for about 10 years and they have set up 3 accounts for me during that time. One investment account, a life insurance policy and an education plan for my 3 children. On every occasion, the process was smooth and easy. The performance has been very good and even though there have been some years of low or even negative growth, the overall result is very satisfying. I get regular market reports, valuations and speak to my adviser often.

One thing I would like to see, and I know it's a big ask as not all assets trade throughout the day, is that the investor portal can have live prices. At the moment they are updated once a day which is fine.

I have trusted my adviser and Bluestar with all our financial planning and highly recommend them to anybody who needs financial planning advice.

I started working with the team at Bluestar about 3 months ago and they helped me to locate all my UK pensions (I had 4 in total from various employers) and consolidate them into one easy to manage SIPP. The process just recently completed and I am very satisfied. Great job guys, thanks for all your hard work and patience!

Just recently signed up for an investment and the service so far has been excellent. My adviser made it very clear and easy for me to understand and the process was very efficient.

I lost £72,000 thanks to James Sutherland (Director) of this company who also omitted to mention 30% tax on encashment - AVOID - NO OMBUDSMAN FOR INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS.

Made the payment 2 weeks ago and still can't access my account online. Excellent broker though.
