Same story

Lost 3k euros. Tried to get info on February 22, received a typical push email. Perfectly set scam.

Edit: The amount I lost may seem small compared to what others lost (I read about others losing 6 digit figures and I express my deepest sympathy), however after some quick research I found out that there are a few scam recovery service firms that may be interested in chasing a combined 150-persons capital. Someone of us may be the coordinator of such an action.

Please add me to any group we have also lost money and feel sick. Is there anyway we can recover our funds any help or people we can cobtact would be grest THANKS

We got scammed by some savvy quants! There’s not enough negative stars to express my dismay. Lost $132K Euros. Please count me in for any further legal action or attempts to recover losses.

lost 5000 Euro as others. they cheated us and our trust.

I am already consulting a law firm to proceed legally against Blue Trading and Onyx Capital above all! If this is a system error, very likely, someone has to repay the capital invested because here we do not talk about losses you have to mismanagement but system error that went crazy and did not comply with the stops entered in the operations!
I do not think it's a Blue Trading scam but rather a scam of Onyx Capital!
A scammer takes the money and runs away and does not send emails or explanations to anyone ...!
I await the opinion of lawyers and then proceed legally !!!

No wonder the FCA and the BC government sent a warning about them. Just over the weekend, they lost my friend and a lot of people's account. Now they are saying they are launching BlueRate . com? Wow, I am glad I didn't touch them.

The Financial Commission had also permanently expelled the BluVenture Group.

I see many are in the same boat, still in disbelief over what happened and possibly sick to the stomach on how they added friends in the referral program. And then you see other reviews. First review for that person similar to mine and interestingly enough based in the USA (a restricted country) Very happy about recovering their funds with certain companies, seriously have you no shame.

The major software failure cannot justify honestly your decision. If the failure is due to Onyx, there should be insurance against that occurrence, which is highly abnormal. If the failure is due to Onyx, you should join your clients from Blue Trading in legal international action against them, otherwise, we clients we are joining efforts to go against you all, you must be aware of that. We advise you all from BT to revise your position with another plan B or C, among them possibly to open with your money free accounts for all of us having in mind to recover their money in relatively short time. With optimized trading algos this is possible, you should know that. Otherwise, we are all going to chase you via Interpol and other legal means, you all must be aware of that, and we are a lot of people from all over the world.»

THEY HAVE THE AUDACITY TO SEND ME AN EMAIL SAYING THEY ARE STARTING UNDER A NEW NAME BLUERATE.COM. THE NEXT SCAM.

Unfortunately I have same experience like you guys. I lost my deposit as well. Yesterday I've felt a hope I can get my money back, but today is gone.

I have emailed interpol. Brian Hart and the others have their faces all over bluetrading and will be caught. Hopefully it will unearth all the stolen money also.

I think Onyx are behind this. Last year there was no reference to Russian involvement in terms of addresses or people. Onyx are Russian. I think perhaps there was some kind of buyout with a scam in mind??

Lost €5400 since Friday !
They have gone bust and I knew it with my gut this was never system issue!
They advice to withdraw remaining balance , well from €2000 yesterday , I’m now on -€390!!!

Sorru to say tgat Blue Trading has gone bumb. If you have a balance it can be withdrawn so long as you do it by the 15th March. Otherwise, chalk it up to experience. For most , it appears to be an expensive one.

This place is really pathetic. Does anyone know the real names of the owners.can we chase these guys down some how. I put in only 3 days ago. I did not loose as much as others but people like this need to be stopped.

There went a lot of things wrong:

-The software update and the double orders
-Trading lot sizes which are not normal for the trader account (for me lot sizes between 0.15 and 0.2 was normal, the last trades were made with lot sizes 0.81) ---> This was due to major trading software malfunction
-If you know that you have a malfunction, why the accounts are active?

On Friday my balance was round about 2100€ (still a big loss), bit today ist is -2.... Why the hell was the account connected with the broker and active?

If there is an opportunity to claim it, then let us do this.

MALAIKA is a bigger scammer than Blue trading.. stay away from this recovery service

There has been a recovery service advertised twice in this forum of trustpilot. BEWARE THE DOUBLE SCAM!

I have also lost all my money, only been in it for two weeks and gob smacked. I have seen that some said they recovered all there money with a company called Malaika, but I had my e-mail returned. Could the person who posted this give more advise.

I've gone from circa Euro 95K to Euro -6K. I'm reaching out to Malaika recoveries, does anyone know how much they charge?
