Great water quality and customer service, I really trust them and water always come with Bluewater

Great service and amazing quality!

I bought Cleone directly from the website, and I honestly love it so far. The installation was easy, and everything has worked perfectly from the start. I also reached out to the support team by email with a couple of questions, and they were incredibly helpful and quick to respond. On top of that, the documentation and materials on the website are very clear and made the whole setup even simpler!

Poor communication throughout. My whole experience has been blighted with slow or no responses having paid thousands up front. The business does not have enough staff so if someone is on holiday it’s radio silence. They have one engineer for the south and one for the north! Interesting approach to sales. Installation day, the only available installer drove from Sheffield only to find unit didn’t fit under our sink. We had to lose entire corner cupboard to avoid aborting the whole thing. Now the unit constantly fails and it has been weeks and weeks with me chasing at every stage. Product - when it works - is great. Customer service for a high end product? It’s the worst I have ever experienced and that’s saying something.
Subsequent contact has been very good and helpful. Everything now resolved and faith restored.

So far I love it! I bought a glas water bottle and it looks really good and is very practical to use. Hope the quality stays the same after some time, guess it remains to see and for that reason I'm not giving it 5 stars right away.

My friend who is 81 fell and had facial injuries , first aiders and security were there in minutes to help and did a fantastic job.
They attended to her injuries , calmly supported her , cleaned her up and had a wheelchair and water for her .
I can't praise then enough ,that were fantastic

Received a £25 Bluewater gift voucher which was valid for 1 year however I emailed 5 days after expire date and asked if it could be extended a further 2 days and I will redeem then. Customer service refused to honour this and responded with “As a business some of our income is generated when part or all of the Gift Card balance is unspent past the expiration date.” It is disgusting for a large company to be keeping money from people especially when it had only expired by 5 days. Customer service also added a very patronising comment at the end of their email which said “I would like to point out that in the vast majority of cases, the full balance is spent within the first three months following the purchase of the Gift Card.”
Very shocked and appalled.

Den borde räcka till 1L men den är liten. Och plus den håller inte alls vatten kall i 24 timmar. Jag testade kall vatten i den men efter 2 timmar blev vattnet varm

Fantastisk service med bra respons. Mitt ärende med vatten rening för en brunn vid min stuga togs hand om inom en timme från att jag skickade min ansökan. Från start till slut så kontaktade deras representant mig med bra och inte störiga intervaller, nu har vi anläggningen med Bluewater PRO installerad och den funkar alldeles galant och förvånansvärt tyst. Stark rekommendation för alla som har besvär med att få vatten tillförsel till stugor med brunn och ställen som har svårt att få kommunalvatten

I’ve had a Bluewater Spirit under my sink for 4 yers, with a separate faucet for the best tasting cleanest water we have ever tasted! And the taste of coffee..brewed with this water...what a difference !
Totally recommend a Spirit to each home out there 👍

I am deeply worried about what’s in the water I drink, so have been using a Bluewater water purifier to scrub the tap water clean of the nasty stuff like gender-bender chemicals. It’s worked great, but even better they’ve now launched their own range of Bluewater stainless steel bottles so I can drink clean water even when on the go...

I always have the bottle by my side at home

Excellent products, support, and buying experience. Love my bottle, it’s of such high quality that I constantly get positive remarks on it when I’m out and about.

I’ve had a pro in my kitchen for over two years now. It is hooked up to my kitchen faucet and to my dishwasher. Never had a single issue and the dishes comes out spotless!
