Would you please explain how this works and how the value you bring is renumerated? I have so many questions.. How is this not a hard money loan for the type of credit you are offering. It all seems very unconventional. If you are delivering like you claim bravo!

What Actually Happened
1️⃣ You booked a call with us to discuss 0% interest business funding.
2️⃣ We sent a single confirmation text asking for a simple “YES” to verify authenticity and prevent fake bookings (we do this to protect our calendar from bots).
3️⃣ Two hours after your “YES” confirmation, we placed only one phone call — our standard 5-minute pre-Zoom audit, as part of our normal process.
4️⃣ You didn’t answer the call and immediately texted back expressing frustration about the pre-Zoom step and requested to cancel the meeting.
5️⃣ We immediately honored your request, canceled the appointment, and did not contact you again.
Later, we discovered your public review labeling us as “spammers.”
Why We Require the Pre-Zoom Step
This 5-minute pre-call is designed to:
Verify your eligibility upfront
Prevent spending 45 minutes on a strategy call that may not yield results
Protect your time and ensure your Zoom session is fully productive
It’s similar to a mechanic diagnosing a car before beginning any repairs.
The last thing we want is for you to block off 45 minutes on your calendar only to hear, “Sorry, we can’t help.”
Regarding Your Claim of “Spamming”
Calling us “spammers” is factually incorrect.
We contacted you only once, canceled the call when you objected, and never followed up again.

Advertising is misleading...not cash lending
They are not clear that what they are offering is credit cards...if you want cash lending that comes with a 3-6% fee plus their fee to help you get this. So if you want business credit cards that is what they are selling not actual cash lending...frustrating when you ask all of this before you waste your time and give them your information, which I prefer they don't have any of to be honest. Edit - I get the CEO is frustrated by my review. I don't doubt they are solid for what they do but they should be more clear about the type of "lending" the are offering and I felt it was right to share this experience. Now their review response can provide the details others may need before the proceed. I would have liked this information provided more point blank and I couldn't get it despite looking for several days before setting up the call, which was a very complicated process filled with warnings about being permanently terminated from using them if you did not jump through all their hoops when the set out those hoops. Great attempt at transparency with one minor flaw, not being clear the only lending offered at the advertised description is for credit cards. Oh and lines of credit are often not credit cards but actual cash you can collect so yea I was fine with that. I have a HELOC, a line of credit and guess what its cash access...so that is why I said that was fine on that question. Yes I mentioned loans when we spoke because I have a loan option through someone else. I did not only want loan I was fine with a line of credit that provided cash access. Their representative on the confirmatory call told me they could work with a third party to convert the credit to cash but that would be at a rate of 3-6% so before attacking my honest review why don't you review the call recording so you can correct your employees on that statement if is not true. Oh and Yelp is a joke and it says a lot about a company who starts to stalk the customers who simply, and very politely state their concerns. I only wrote this review because of the refusal to see it from a customer side. Wanna see my real yelp reviews go into the not recommended reviews category. That is where yelp stashes legit reviews when biz refuse to advertise with them after they harass them endlessley. I could do what other's do an have 3 friends get on here and write negative reviews, because our negative reivews are usually due to vengeful folks ganging up. There are 23 5 star reviews hidden and 1 4 star hidden. Oh and for a lending company you should be better at math 10 of the 30 reviews they didn't hide are 1 star, not 60%. Of those 1/2 were written by the same 3 familes and their friends. 4.7 rating on google with nearly 850 reviews is the reality. Your handling of this situation has made me decide to downgrade this rating. Before I was trying to be neutral and share point concerns but you personal attacks for simply advising you be more clear you don't offer cash lending of any kind is the best advertising practicing. I didn't call you a scam I didn't insult you. I didn't tell everyone not to use you.

Amazing how fast things escalate when someone hears the truth… and refuses to accept it. 🙂
Normally, we don’t go back and forth on public reviews, but when a narrative distorts the facts, the full story deserves to be seen.
Here’s what really happened:
Linsey booked a call through our website, like every prospect. She filled out a 17+ question intake form, including a clear statement in Question #13:
“We only offer 0% APR business credit cards and business lines of credit.
NOTE: We don’t offer SBA loans, term loans, or traditional financing products.
Not interested? LEAVE THIS PAGE.”
Her response, “Yes, that’s exactly what I need.”

Had she answered “No,” our system would’ve instantly disqualified her. She wouldn’t have been allowed to book.
No time gets wasted, not hers, not ours.
So from step one, we were 100% transparent.
After booking, Linsey reached out via chat, asking about “cash lending,” referencing loans, and comparing us to banks. Her tone escalated, so our team flagged the case, and I (Matt, CEO) stepped in to clarify.
Here’s what I explained:
0% APR business credit (12–18 months),
Business lines of credit for qualified businesses,
Convertible to cash via vendors (no cash advance fees),
Flat fee only — no percentages of funding.
No loans. Ever.
Despite that, she claimed we offer loans and charge 3–6%, a number that doesn’t exist anywhere in our process. (Still not sure where she got it.)
After we sent her a screenshot of her intake response, she stopped replying and shifted to referencing a Facebook comment, claiming it was “proof” of misleading ads.
So we published a Google Drive folder with:
The exact comment she referenced, which clearly says this isn’t a loan and we charge a flat fee,
Her intake form response confirming understanding,
Our full chat log, proving she had every opportunity to ask questions, and didn’t.
She didn’t walk away. Instead, she posted a public review contradicting her own answers and the facts.
We’re not here to argue emotions. We provide transparent, ethical funding.
Our ads say “0% Interest Business Funding.”
Not loans. Not grants. Not personal lending.
To avoid confusion, we even do a mandatory pre-Zoom call to confirm expectations, so no time gets wasted on misaligned leads.

Linsey, we get it, some days are harder than others. But misrepresenting facts out of frustration isn’t okay.

P.S. Sad to see a fellow business owner leave a false review rather than take accountability.
I genuinely hope you focus more on improving your own business instead of falsely attacking others.
We’ve had zero negative reviews in 3 years.
Meanwhile, your Yelp page shows over 60% 1-star reviews.

Normally, we let our work and client results speak for themselves, but when someone fabricates a lie under a fake name, silence is not an option.
This review was submitted under the name “Edgar Morales.” In reality, this is a fake identity created by an individual we identified as Jeff Wheeler, who falsely claimed we took a $500 deposit and failed to deliver.
After a full audit of our CRM, our payment processor, and internal records, we confirmed that no such client exists, and no payment was ever received under that name. But based on the timing and the message trail, we matched it to Jeff.
He booked a call like any prospect. As part of our process, we asked for a simple verification step, standard protocol to confirm authenticity and avoid bots or spam and wasted slots on our calendar.
Instead of verifying, he responded with profanity, insulted our team, mocked our process, and refused to follow basic steps. Despite that, we remained professional and explained why the step was required.
When it became clear we couldn't continue respectfully, we cancelled the appointment and disqualified him from moving forward.
He then threatened to leave a negative review.
30 minutes later, this fake review appeared.
This review is not legitimate. The identity used does not exist in our system, and the claim is not based on any actual client experience.
To maintain transparency, we’ve published a public video breaking down the entire situation — including:
A CRM search proving “Edgar Morales” is not in our database
Conversation of Jeff Wheeler’s aggressive and disrespectful messages (censuring personal info)
Documented timestamps of his review threats, proving the review's intent
A full screen-recording of our merchant account, showing how we issue refunds when we can’t deliver (you’ll see dozens done every month)
The fact that he was never granted a consultation, not even a free Zoom call
This is a false defamation attempt, and we’re setting the record straight. In fact, we’re one of the few companies that disqualifies leads before they pay if we know we can't deliver.

Muskan on makeup
I visited the bluewater Superdrug over the weekend and I found myself being absolutely delighted by Muskan! She helped me find a shade in the elf concealers and told me about the 3 for 2 deal. I spent quite a while on the makeup isle and she was always smiling offering assistance when I was confused on a product (which was quite a lot!). What a darling girl! Will definitely visit again.
