Stay away from this company. I ordered a pair of trainers. Received the wrong size. Initially on emailing them to arrange a return and refund the replies seemed promising. I was then sent an email saying that I had been sent a refund...nope, never got a refund or any replies to my emails since.

This company is a scam does noy honour a refund i bought a watch which is as good as crap does not work at all they keep asking for a vidieo i just want a refu d but dont think i get it so what a crap company

I bought a ROYAL LUXURY LEATHER BAG from this store. It looked so nice on the website. It took 2 weeks to be delivered and when I took it out of the bag it had a strong chemical smell: certainly not leather. Needless to say, it is not leather as stated in the description, but a cheap and nasty PU plastic, which I would not be seen dead with. I have sent several emails requesting a returns ticket, but have had no reply of course, and I do not expect to get one. I have now reported them to the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION in the US and I urge you to do the same if you’ve been had by these scammers like I have. You will easily find their website online. You won’t get your money back, but Blue Wolf might get taken down.

Stay away from this store! Coat does not match photo. Coat is wrong colour. Coat was damaged due to their packaging. They sent bogus email about shipping delay but magic coat showed up within days. That email supposedly from Manager has yet to respond. NYC phone either gives you answering machine or rings out. DO NOT WASTE YOUR $

They never sent my purchase and capital one believed them. I was robbed out of $56

Customer service was playing games with me.

They said my product was in the mailbox. Which wasn't true. Also the package would not have been able to fit in it.

Because I ordered a large purse.

Is there anyway I can get my money back?

Ordered 3 pairs of shoes. Received one pair not my size. Despite emailing them 4 times for return and to provide the right size I chose at checkout, they have been unresponsive.. very disappointed to have paid 70 USD for that pair alone and unable to use

A. An email offer for 10% new customers discount was not available upon checkout.
B. They promote "LEATHER" handbags for ladies in maybe 14 point font but many screens later in about 10 point font they disclose its not leather but a composite of leather & plastic particles called "Vegan Leather" garbage. Vegan Leather is a lie. Its false advertising.
C. A company who lies about about several dozen of their products, they are more likely to lie about many other items.

Please keep away from this store ,I bought a red and black luxury leather bag that turned up brown and black and at best plastic . I have emailed them repeatedly, sent photos tried various different approaches but they have totally ignored me apart from I presume an automated initial response from”Dianne”
I guess you live and learn however at 73 I’ve got a long way to go , I checked their web page and read their obviously fake reviews

Sought to purchase a handbag online and the system kept telling me that there was problem with the payment and to reenter details. Fortunately I did not do this plus my bank blocked the card as they identified it was suspicious transaction. Beware of this company!!!

DECEPTIVE Advertising as per my previous review. There are not enough people writing reviews, this company is carrying out fraudulent activities and the more people warned the better. Please write your experiences both on Australian and other Countries review sites for Blue Wolf Stores so your review is seen everywhere. At present Australia has only 43 reviews and United States 157, I am sure there are many more. PLEASE help protect others and place your reviews on as many sites as possible to over expose the failings of Blue Wolf Stores.

Do not buy from blue wolf store.
They claim “leather” and sell you fake material. They will not respond to emails. It took 3 months to recieve garbage products. Make sure everyone knows and do not throw away your money. True rating is 0.

Order shoes and sock three weeks ago. Paid approximately USD150. They don’t give you a tracking number and do not reply to your email. A straight scam.

It's difficult to know where to begin. My husband bought me a handbag for my birthday. The quality is disgusting - basically the bag is unusable. I feel it was misrepresented in the online photo of the product. It poses as leather but it was only later that I found out it's synthetic leather. All attempts to contact the business were futile. Nobody wants to deal with customers. It's a very shoddy business - a big scam.
All potential buyers BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE BUSINESS! You will be wasting your money!

Have sent e mails asking when I will receive goods.

As at 17th Dec no reply

Next step will be contacting VISA for a refund.

Nothing you are big scammers and now the whole world will know what you are really like fake your products are more than nothing I have learnt my lesson and so should others never again

My partner bought a body bag.
When parcel was opened, she said it was nothing like she expected.
Very disappointing purchase.
Quality is low. The free wallet that came with the bag was quite good. Therefore a one star rating.
The on “special” now $84.00 bag would be about a $15-$20 on AliExpress or Temu.

I bought a pair of trainers, eventually when they arrived they were clearly the wrong size even although they were labelled as the right size.
Didn't fit, I emailed for a return many times but never received a reply.
This is a con.
