I’ve had to contact Blusky support several times for different needs — cancelling accounts, refunds, billing questions, and funded‑account inquiries — and every single experience has been excellent. My tickets were always answered within half a day, fully resolved within half a day, and handled with professionalism and clarity.

Been using Bluesky for almost a year now. Excellent customer service response to any questions or concerns on accounts, etc. I would highly recommend them for prop trading. They have many platforms and plans to pick from and risk parameters can be defined. Excellent discord as well. AA++

First time using blusky and currently just passed their 50k launch. So far everything is fine and if I run into an issue I just submit a ticket and neil has been tremendous to work with.

Been trading prop firms for a few years. It took me many tries to pass at BlySky- But they changed some trading rules (no DLL) for the better this year and the 50K launch is a very fair account to get into. The EOD DD is very good. I now have 2 accounts that are funded and in the stage to finally take payouts. Customer service is fast and the trading room with Mike is very good as well. This is a great firm to be partnered with and no BS rules to make you fail.

I've used multiple prop firms, but having live support makes a difference when your money is on the line... I've received multiple payouts in the past and on my way to many more, Neil and the team always responds promptly and makes sure you are taking care of. Look forward to many more payouts, accounts and live down the line....

I bought 1 account. I never placed a trade and within 20 minutes got an email of a "rule violation".

Account disappeared. Never even took a trade.

They stole my $100.

For clarity, I trade many of the other prop firms. This one is just horrible.

I’ve been using BluSky for a few months. Their support team has always been extremely helpful, responsive and friendly. I’ve only been able to request one payout but it was very smooth. I highly recommend BluSky as a futures prop firm.

BluSky is a solid prop firm with excellent service and support.
However, there are two areas, in view, that could be improved notably:
1- You may eliminate Phase 2 of the evaluation process. BluSky is the only prop firm that requires two evaluation steps.
2- Weekly Maximum Payout: Even if it's a daily payout, but there is a limit when you reach the maximum per week. Unfortunate, the Weekly maximum value is very low. The highest is $3000/week.
If there is a way to increase that maximum or completely remove it, it will benefit BluSky and attract more traders.

So far it is more positive than i expected. havent gotten a payout yet so i will update when that finally happens. the customer service is kinder than i expected, not greedy and unforgiving like some other prop firms.

After the rollout of their new dashboard, I experienced several issues with my account and had to contact support multiple times each week.

I passed an evaluation during the transition, but it took about a week for my account to be moved to the buffer phase due to slower than usual response times from support. After completing the buffer phase, it then took about two days for my account to be moved to a funded simulation and I had to reach out to support again even though I had completed verification the day of passing.

The process has improved compared to the first few times I contacted them and more recently support has responded faster. When I needed help figuring out why I couldn’t request a payout, they replied quickly and helped resolve the issue.

Overall, the support team has been helpful, but the delays during the dashboard transition made the experience a nightmare.

Customer service makes or breaks a company
Neil and Justin with Blusky deserve raises for helping out hundreds of users with a rushed launched to their dash. Nothing was their fault but they were very communitive and helped out any way they could. I will continue using the service only thanks to these two.

I was selected as a Beta tester for the new Dash and it lasted all of 3 days before it was rushed out. Horrible move by whoever decided this.

Great platform. Pretty buggy right now with the new dashboard implementation but support is awesome. Generally quick to respond. Huge shoutout to Neil on the support team for being such a huge help, knowing his stuff, and keeping everything straightforward
