If there was an option for minus star

If there was an option for minus star, that is what I would select. This company has terrible customer service. We placed our order in August 2025. Over a month later it was clear that the order was never going to arrive. With no explanation or apology, the company cancelled the order and issued a refund through PayPal.

Thank you for your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with your order from August 2025.

We have reviewed our records for this transaction and the related correspondence. Our customer service logs show that our team responded promptly to all emails and was actively requesting updated contact information. This was a critical step, as the customs authority needed to contact you directly to process your shipment.

The order was held by customs because import duties were due. As stated in Bluviva's shipping conditions, which are agreed to at purchase, the payment of any local customs fees or import taxes is the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, because the fees were not paid, the customs authority returned the merchandise to our warehouse.

As soon as the goods were returned to us, we processed a full refund on September 24th. We did this immediately to ensure that you would not suffer any financial loss from this situation.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. While the customs process is outside of our direct control, we regret that we could not get your order to you.
