I purchased two dresses for a wedding and paid for express shipping. The dresses arrived 1 month after the wedding. Furthermore, they didn't fit me and are of very poor quality. I'm trying to return the dresses and they refuse to send me return instructions. I have never had an experience as bad as this. I will take all possible measures against this store. They won't steal my money!

Se potessi non darei nemmeno una stella. il vestito è arrivato e ci ha messo più di 20 giorni.
il colore è l'unica cosa azzeccata , perché per il resto è fatto male , quasi irrecuperabile essendo che ho parlato con la sarta e mi ha riferito che andrei a spendere ulteriori soldi per sistemarlo oltre a quelli già impiegati nell'acquisto (70 euro).
L'abito non è assolutamente come nel sito , cucito malissimo e per niente simile alle foto.
La cosa più spiacevole è stato scoprire che non potevo rendere il vestito perché a detta loro avevo comprato un abito su misura ( cosa non vera perché era una taglia EU34, scelta tra le opzioni che offrivano). Il rimborso pressoché assente ovvero di appena 9.39 euro. E' una truffa , e sono degli incompetenti.

The company is a complete scam, my wife ordered a prom dress for our daughter, it was completely different design, agreed a refund through PayPal after we had returned the dress at our expense. We have not received our refund and will not reply to our emails and PayPal have closed the case. Do not use this company I am now considering taking legal action .

I wouldn't even give one star, this company is a total rip off. We ordered a dress in size 34 and it was too big. We couldn't send it back, we had to email customer service first. Then they said they can't take it back because it was made just for us but standard size. Therefore they need to withhold the tailor, warehouse and shipping charges of 55% plus shipping. Or we should resell it. Unbelievable! Never again!

They took my money and I never received my daughter prom dress so they are not a good business so my daughter had no dress for prom

The dress is not the dress we ordered. The sleeves are wider when they should be thin. There's mesh in the chest when it shouldnt be. It's not form fitting nor does it flare like it's suppose to even though we measured according the their specifications. There is not neck piece. You clearly see there is mesh on the front of the dress. The pattern is not the same nor does is shimmer the material they used is inaccurate.

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding off the sizes ordered. The dress took a little longer to arrive, but it did come. The dress was actually really pretty and seemed well made, but it didn't fit, even though I used their measurements. I contacted them about exchanging the dres for another size and was told I couldn't because it was custom made. I questioned that as I did order a size they provided available, and have not heard back from them. Now I am stuck with a dress I cannot use and am out the money. Poor customer service.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying and double checked all the exact details for delivery and refunds.
The dresses took over 2 months to arrive, and by that point they were no longer needed. On attempt to return, there were all the difficulties as mentioned by others... massive penalties and deductions.
I wish I had never bothered.

Bought a standard-size dress. Quality of fabric is terribly cheap, color is ugly and craftsmanship is poor. Standard sizes should have a simple return policy. When we contacted company, they indicate a fabric fee, restocking fee, and return shipping charges would be withdrawn from a refund at 10% of the value of the dress!!?? And, if we return-shipped, they wanted us to lie on the customs form that the value of the dress was $5-10, rather than the $120 that we paid! They list an Oregon USA address and phone- this is a scam based out of China!

They do not allow you to return a dress. I ordered a dress and it didn't fit. I contacted them to get instructions to return and they would not give me them and said the dress was fine. Please do not use this company.

SCAM. Never buy from this company

5 dresses all turned up made differently and with no tags to show sizes. After a full dispute process with paypal they finally agreed to a refund but only if we shipped them back to China... $85. Not happening. Disputed with our bank and got an instant refund.

They also blatantly ask you to lie on your return shipping package stating goods of value $5-$10. So add import tax fraud to the list.

ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS. Dress wasn't delivered on time for the wedding. Disputed with PayPal. BM Bridal gave fake evidence it had been delivered. The wedding was 1.5months ago. Delivery was meant to be 2.5months ago.

You get what you pay for. The dresses are a cheap knock off of the stock picture. The dress I tried was starchy satin, itchy tulle, and costume sequins instead of beading. I bought a standard size and standard color because based on their return policy I thought I would be able to return minus shipping. They will argue with you for days (you only have 15 days from day of receipt to submit a return), and in the end said they would have to charge me a fabric fee, storage fee, and warehouse fee in addition to the shipping fee. So at best I was going to get 45% of the original price with the risk that they might not even accept the return when it gets there. Not worth the risk, not worth your money, don't buy from this website.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY REFUSE TO DO RETURNS AND SENT ME AN UNWEARABLE BRIDESMAID DRESS.

First of all, I ordered it at the beginning of February. It took months! I contacted at the middle of March and was never answered.

It finally came recently here in the second week of April. AND IT'S UNWEARABLE! It's sleeves dig into me and force my shoulders to curve forward. In the back it will only zip up halfway, even with help, and in the front it is loose and hangs away from my chest! Anyone taller than me can see me exposed chest, all the way to my naval! It is supposed to be a modest bridesmaid dress!

On top of all this, while the website, and even a tag on the dress, brag that they do easy returns- THEY REFUSE TO ACCEPT THE RETURN. After sending emails back and forth for five days, they now told me that I would have to cover shipping to China and I would have to pay for the warehouse storage, PLUS they would deduct more for their inconvenience, so if I even got any money for the return, it would be minimal.

DO NOT TRUST THEM. They do not honor the promises on their website or even the tag attached on the product that says as long as it is still attached they will help with returns or exchanges. The dress they sent me is DEFECTIVE yet they will not return it.

This was by far the worst experience I ever dealt with purchasing online ! The dress didn’t look anything like the picture the dress on their page it was way to big and the measurements were off ! I also paid extra for a faster shipping it still came late ! It came a week before my wedding and I was very disappointed when I received it I had to go out and buy a new dress last min because everything about the dress was a mess ! This website is a horrible !

Ordered some samples on 6th September 2021 and they arrived today, 10th December 2021.

I know these are from china and there are covid delays, but over 13 weeks is way too long just for some samples! Delivery was expensive too at £8.

This was the worst experience. I ordered a beautiful wedding dress, and received a middle school dance dress. The dress was made with cheap tool and dollar store rhinestones, hemming is not aligned, and is too small and too short. I ordered a size larger than I normally do as well. They will accept my return, but will deduct a tailoring fee and shipping (over $100). I finally was able to dispute the charge with my bank and they refunded me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Beautiful dress..Couldn't dream about a different one.
