I joined bmg for a short time and in that time.e I found the company very professional i dealt with a woman called Maz who was amazing not only interested in turning wheels but has a personal side too which as anybody who's has worked agency before is rare. I moved on only because I was given an opportunity to drive car transporters which everyone knows is good money that general haulage cant compeat with. I highly recommend this company and in the future as age kicks and i cant do the cars ill be back

I've been with BMG for nearly a year now and I can't speak highly enough of them. Maz has been fantastic with me and always goes the extra mile. I am always working and there is never any struggle for shifts and the rates are very good I couldn't see myself working anywhere else. You truly do feel like a part of the family. I've worked with Maz and Blue for the past two years and have to say that without any doubt whatsoever that this is the most competent Agency I have ever worked for and with in a 40 year HGV driving history.
There's no false promises or lies and you are judged by the person you are and not by the past. We all at some point in such a long career come across both bad haulage companies and agencies who are only interested in the money you can make for them and your needs will always fall short to say the least.
Maz and Blue do their best to find you the best work suited to both your and the company employings needs. Contact and support is throughout from the off and second to none. The money you earn is in your account without fault on your designated pay day and it's always right.
The most important thing to anyone who works for someone or is subcontracted is the actual people who you are working for and with is for them to have the ability to be open and honest with you. There's nothing in the dark with BMG recruitment and everything is laid out and open to be talked about. It helps when the people at the Helm are genuinely nice people who want nothing more than to help you find the best for yourself, I also know that new pass drivers are supported and welcomed as well as those of us who are too long in the tooth to start from scratch. Understanding your own needs and the best thing for everyone is at the top of their priority list and they love to support everyone and give them more than a fair chance at reaching their best potential.
I started this thinking I'd put a few words forward with honesty but credit where it's due and they don't get enough for what they do for everyone else. It's a family thing and they take everything to heart and stand behind what's right all the way. It's only you missing out if you read this and call someone else...

I've just retired from driving trucks UK and Europe after 42 years behind the wheel over those years I've driven for countless agencies and was let down constantly, until I discovered BMG run by Maz and her partner Blue I spent that last 4 years of my driving career working for them. They delivered everything they promised and more, if I got cancelled they got me in for a different company, if I wanted a week on locals to sort out appointments ect they accommodated me, most importantly of all my invoices were always payed bang on time if not early, the wages were always correct, I had a fantastic working relationship with Maz and we became firm friends all in all its by FAR the best agency I've ever worked for I would highly recommend these guys to work for

For me Maz is the face of BMG! I've worked for several agencies over the years and BMG are consistent with a variety of HGV work and never any issues getting paid! As a HGV driver I want regular work and to be paid on time and that's what BMG have given me over the last 6 months!🙏

I’ve been working with this agency as an HGV driver and I honestly couldn’t be happier with their service. They always look after me, keep me updated and have never let me down. Payments are always made on time, which is very important when you’re working as a driver.
