I got an MMI Box fitted which included CarPlay and a reversing camera into my 19 plate BMW 1 Series. The price for both was very reasonable (£600 for both including labour) and overall very happy with the process. I already had rear sensors but now I’ve got the reversing camera and you can still see the rear sensors on the same screen, it’s great! CarPlay is a must, it’s so much easier to navigate and put music in comparison to the BMW system. We went on a Saturday morning and it took 2 hours to fit in, after that they spent the time to show me how everything works and what was done and it was very helpful. Overall the process was about 2.5 hours, I’m glad I went to them as a great job was done and I’d definitely recommend this service to anyone else looking for CarPlay and reversing camera.

Every question answered in a very prompt and professional manner.
Even when installing I ran into a problem and was assisted out of normal business hours.
No fault of the product was just a dim switch that was caught a cable when installing.

Very happy with the service provided by BMW customz I had the Apple car play retrofitted and and I drive 4 to I drive 6 flash updated great service would highly recommend works seamlessly with no flaws pleasure doing business with them!

Was quoted £1200 for a my Idrive stuck in a reboot loop. Messaged this man and he told me exactly what I needed to order and even did it remotely at a time to suit me to save me travelling to London.

Couldn’t recommend him enough - £200 and my car is idrive is back to normal with no errors.

I would highly recommend BMW Customz. I had a MMI/Carplay box , reverse camera and a 10.25 " BMW screen installed...a great job. The whole process was very smooth and professional from the online dashboard showing progress and the easy payment process...plus of course a great job done by Nadim...which is the key thing!

Good communication and superb job was done on my car

This is a seemingly small operation specialising in BMW upgrades and coding. So as an older guy I had my worries. I could have had my coding done remotely but for the first time wanted to see what I was dealing with. I'd been told by other specialists that I couldn't have the simple facilities that I wanted. The reality is that as others have said the lead man Nadim knows his BMW stuff inside out and is a bit of a modern IT wizard. He has integrity, seems to have good industry contacts, and manages his time and his customers' time well. He is happy to take you through what he's doing and used official BMW codes. His website is professionally built and slick (especially the checkout haha). Prices seem reasonable to me. The location where he does hands on work is relatively easy to access and serene for London. I hope he is cool enough to build on his success and keep things going to the same quality as the business undoubtedly expands, and wish him all the very best. The only little area for improvement is phone call handling. (Edit after Nadim's reply: very happy with his clarification.) Still strongly recommended!

Nadim certainly knows what he’s doing with the mmi CarPlay box. Neat, quick and talks you through the whole process. Highly recommended.

Provided advice over the phone on the best kind of MMI box to get and also gave helpful advice before I got the car. Attended to me on time on the agreed date and has been available over WhatsApp whenever I have questions.

I contacted BMW Customz to retrofit a 6WB digital cluster to my 640 M Sport. Most say this company are number one in my opinion.

From first contact to completion they were amazing! Totally professional and honest. The cluster was supplied to my home address and I installed the unit. They remotely coded the unit with ease and ensured all was as it should be. A big thank you to Nadim and his team! Highly recommended and will definitely use again⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nadeem completed a reverse camera retrofit, Apple carplay and system upgrade for the idrive. Fantastic communication throughout and the job was done quicker than how long he said it'll take. He went through everything with me once it was done and even provided me with extra support to understand how to download the latest version of maps for the car.

BMW Customz did a great job installing SLI in my X3, and were very patient given that we had internet connectivity issues whilst they were undertaking the job.

My BMW G30 “emergency call system is not available” sign was on my dashboard. I contacted Nadim, he responded promptly gave me an appointment. I attended this and he solved my problem very quickly. My G 30 M sport front lower grill finisher trim right side one cracked. I had the part with me when I asked if he can replace this part, he did this for me within five minutes as a goodwill gesture. Nadim is very polite, friendly and highly skilled at his work. Overall I had a great experience with the service I received from him. I’m going again in a few weeks time for G30 reverse camera and power folding mirror retrofit. I highly recommend BMW CUSTOMZ.

Great, polite and efficient service, dropped car off at 9am and a few hours later my apple car play/ID6 upgrade and reverse camera were completed to a very high standard considering I’m fussy I cannot fault any work done to my vehicle.
Will recommend to friends & customers and would use again in future.
