Great service from independent BMW specialist. Booked me in for an appointment and provided me with a technician to diagnose the problem. Technician ran tests to see what the main problem was with my entertainment system. Problem was the hardware unit, provided me with two solutions to sort out the issue and was resolved within a quick time frame. Definitely would recommend to others who have BMW computer issues.

They are truly amazing! I got a Apple car play installed for my husband’s car as a surprise birthday present. Knowing nothing about cars, I was supported along the process so nicely. I was explained everything, and it was installed at my house on his birthday. He loved it and I will be getting in contact with BMW customz when we need more work done.

I strongly recommend BMW Customz. Although the installation did not work for my car in the end, Nadim's communication all along the process has been great and he reimbursed me straight away when he found out he couldn't make it work. Also, after Nadim's intervention, my car was cleaner than before. Very professional!

I purchased my car from a reputable dealership and a few days later it developed a issue with the passenger seat (constant beeping, even when no one is sitting on the seat).

I took it back to the dealership and they diagnosed the seat occupancy sensor required changing. This was then changed at the main dealer of BMW for near to £300! A few weeks later I was having the same issue. Went back and they wanted £99 to re-diagnose and charge me again for the work they did!

I had a feeling they were messing me around and trying to rip me off!

I called BMW Customz as they previous fixed another issue with the car and within hours they diagnosed and fixed the fault at a fraction of the price. Personally, if you have any issues with your BMW I would highly recommend you go to them first... Not only will you save your money but your time too. They know exactly what they are doing and are so helpful.
