the app works really well and reduced my stress levels.

Unfortunately I had a complaint filed against my liscence with the board of nursing. The program they have here really helped me structure and formulate the responses I needed to send. I was able to give information to their program and add on as I go and it structured it into very formal, detailed and well written responses. I could have used the exact responses the program gave me and they would have all worked well. I am a bit knickpicky on my writing so I took my favorite parts from each response and threw it into a word document. It came out very good! I was able to generate as many responses as I wanted. As I remembered any extra details it was able to add them in. Very useful program, helped me alot and walked me right through it. The team running the program was also amazing! I was very stressed at the beginning of the process and was able to reach out to the customer support and got responses very quick. Even through I reached out to customer support it was not due to any issues with their services. I did find out they are not able to give legal advise. Overall with the use of their program I was able to send well written responses to the board of nursing without the need of paying for costly legal fees. In the end my case was dismissed and this tool is what I used to do it, it worked awesome!!

When I received my complaint I felt lost. I had no idea where to start or what to do, and my anxiety was at an all time high. BoardWise helped me so much in writing my response. It relieved my anxiety by being a necessary crutch to respond to the board of nursing. It was easy to use and the quick responses made me feel heard and as if I was really cared about. With the help of this company my complaint was dismissed. I would recommend this platform for anyone with a professional license struggling with next steps, or just look for guidance from people who have been there. Great company!
