I am a marine technician/repairman. I have completed a job recently for shrink wrapping and have not seen the money from boat planet. NOT BEEN PAID! Shows the customer paid and approved but still nothing almost a week later. Concerned they've gone under?!

UPDATE: Got ahold of the founder himself… HE was very prompt, very understanding, and what I believe was concerned. On a Friday night at 6pm he was looking into my issue personally. He made sure I got paid IMMEDIATELY! No issue too small or insignificant to him, that’s something I can appreciate. He explained very nicely the reasons for the lack of payment and lack of response from his company. I feel much more confident in their platform once again and WILL continue my use of it. Thanks again, Boat Planet.

PS pro support still slow but expecting to be back up and running strong soon!

I am a marine surveyor that was connected to a client for a survey job.
The job was complete satisfactory, and the customer paid Boat Planet, per procedure.
BUT, I have not been paid, as agreed for 3 weeks now. NOT good.
