Bob Ore レビュー

I ordered a bag advertised on the website as cow leather. The Zephyr bag I received is made of polyurethane, not cow leather.
I wrote to the seller on several occasions with photos and a screenshot of their product page, asking for a refund or a prepaid return label. They came back with an answer that I have to pay for shipping to China or US, which is ridiculous given that they provide false claims and intentionally mislead their customers. I sent several reminders via email to both email addresses listed, I have had no reply to either message. Avoid buying overpriced plastic bags from Bob Ore, you can get the same product on Temu! Quality of products and customer is really shameful.

I bought a Aria bag on their website, shipping is fast, takes only two days arrive my place. The bag use good quality leather and very simple, have 3ways to use, it is good for my daily. It is under 200usd but it is leather and including shipping. Great value.

I ordered the Ami bag from the blue collection and I love it so much! It actually goes with everything and is adapting the color from grey to sand depending what you are wearing. It is spacious, fits a lot , the leather is soft and durable and becomes my everyday thing bag. Ideal for travel, work and so much more. Didn’t expect to love it so much!
