Worst baby carrier ever

First day of use and I noticed the carrier is broken. My baby is 2 weeks old (4 kg).

He doesn't seem to be comfortable in it. He keeps complaining and it looks like his neck is going to break as he has to twist it dramatically in order to breath. I want a refund ASAP! So disappointing.

I love their baby carrier cause the


I love their baby carrier cause the back is quite high so it is hugging the child as if it was a sling. Another thing is foot stirrups, which is an extremely smart and useful addon. Their size is adjustable as well. I actually don't know what I don't like about boba. The back fastener goes up and down by the special track, so it's really easy to adjust all the straps back to normal for you every time it was used by another parent.
