This is a very misleading retailer
This is a very misleading retailer. They look Canadian but they ship from Germany and the total price they show you isn't the total price you pay! Don't be misled like I was! I purchased skis which seemed cheaper and had to pay an extra $128.44 to fedex. Do your research! Oh, and their customer service is non-existent. They don't reply at all when you use their contact form. After I ordered I read some reviews that suggested that there's extra shipping fees that aren't disclosed and tried to contact them to cancel but all I got was radio silence.

Some issues getting in touch with customer service but got result in the end
I made a mistake with my order and tried to contact Bobleisure to cancel via the mailing system on their website with no success. 48hrs after two attempts to contact them, my order was shipped anyway. However, after a review on Trustpilot, the CEO of Bobleisure contacted me and was quick to resolve the issues I raised and offered to return the product. All is now resolved.
Overall, if it wasn't for the issues getting in contact, the shipping was very prompt and the product as described.
Lastly, it is important to note that this is not a canadian company. Orders ship out of Germany and you will pay customs fees.
Fouled up order comes right in the end
I ordered an eeWings crank, got the wrong item, sent it back. After a month of working to find the right item, they canceled my order. Repeated attempts to follow up were ignored. I was angry and frustrated and finally decided to wash my hands of it. My parting shot was to write a 1-star review here. Well, after doing so, the very next day I received an email from the CEO of the company, with an apology, a thorough explanation of what happened on their end, as well as a refund. I was blown away. That the company is patrolling online reviews is one thing, but taking swift action to remedy situations--from the CEO no less--is another. Thus I've revised this review to give the full accounting of events. The snafu that caused the delay in resolution was not ideal, but I now know it was not intentional and feel this is a company that is trustworthy and is seeking to do right by its customers.

Terrible experience, they sent me the wrong product, I ordered a sweater, they sent me mountaineering equipment. The bill in the box was for somebody else. How they can screw that up is beyond me. What is even worse is that I managed to contact the person for whom the order was for, that person told me that he recived ski bindings instead of his order of mountaineering equipment. Huge hassle, not worth the small savings..

Bought an Oesprey Aether Plus 100 Liter back pack. The price was almost to good to be right. I placed my order on May 30 and got it today on June 10 by FEDEX with no charge for delivery. Just had to pay regular taxes. The pack is awesome. Great craftmanship. Fits nicely on my hips. It's the pack I always wanted. In the first 36 hours after placing my order I was nervous about it all when I figured the seller was European. Some comments were not good, but some were. I saw it was not a fraud pattern. I am glad I kept my cool. I will buy again from Bobleisure. You just have to know there is not a chance you may have to return your purchase because it does not fit. could not tell the site is not canadian. Site said delivery was free over $200. got a notification from Fedex it was coming overnight from GERMANY. Soooo. Fedex arrived 2 days later and wouldn't give me the parcel unless I paid a charge of $46.00.

Ordered a sweater for my husbandâŠ
Ordered a sweater for my husband (Christmas gift) on December 12 2024 ($387.95 USD). It arrived relatively quickly from Germany (DHL) within time frame specified. Good quality sweater, not a great fit/ style for my husband so I returned the sweater according to all the directions on Bobleisure website + at my cost ($120.00 USD wow!) Anyway, have not heard anything for a few weeks now, attempted to contact Bobleisure through website contact email and could not proceed due to multiple âcaptcha-field errors/attempts. There is no telephone number or other email listed. So here I am right now, out $407.95.
Wrong item delivered and still waiting for a refund
Ordered a crankset/power meter from them. I get a notification that order was cancelled. No follow up from the company, so I email them after a few days to inquire what is going on. They said they will send. Days later they send me the wrong item. Spent weeks dealing with them, response time is one email per day (if lucky) and they are still unclear in how they are going to deal with it. Very confusing whether they will refund me or send me the replacement part as they said they don't have it in stock. I asked for a refund a week ago and still have not received anything or confirmation that they will do so. It's been almost a month since I placed the order and still dealing with it now. Complete nightmare dealing with these guys. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I unfortunately ordered the wrong size and I attempted to return the package from Canada to Germany.
⢠After advising them about the return, they reassured me about how to proceed and I followed every step exactly as described in their FAQ about returns.
⢠Shipping fees with Canada post was 80$ with a tracking number, and although I declared the amount for the jacket I paid, apparently there were import fees when the package re-entered Germany and arrived at the German post office.
⢠Customer service representative never accepted the return since it encountered import fees (no proof was provided).
⢠I offered to pay for the import fees at numerous times, but the customer service rep never clearly acknowledged my offer.
The final email they sent me was: âUnfortunately, no luck. You will receive a label for the return. Unfortunately it will take a while.â
Bottom line: Bob Leisure customer service is shady at best and you have absolutely NO LEVERAGE. Encourage your local Canadian shops! Customer service is worth the price difference!
Good and fast service
I bought a backpack for Christmas, it was shipped very quickly and arrived on time although I ordered quite late. The VISA payment was not working, I sent an email to support and I received an answer the next morning, which seems pretty good to me (in the meantime I had paid via Paypal, which works well).
I give a 4 star "only" because it was not clear to me that the bag had been sent: I did not receive any confirmation email and on the website the wording is not clear. The link to the carrier's website didn't work, so I wasn't entirely sure what was going on, which is a little stressful the first time you order.
The other thing is that even though I used the Canadian website, the backpack was sent from Germany and I had to pay duties (which is not a problem, I did not pay taxes at first, but it's not clear on the website either).
That being said, packaging was good, item arrived quickly, support was responsive (& I loved the "Frau" beside my first name :) ) => I would definitely recommend Bobleisure to anyone who asks.

While the name looks Canadian, my product shipped from Germany, got held in customs for a week and now I'm stuck with a $90 fee.

Bod leisure Canada were not upfront about additional costs for duties and taxes. They also ship with FedEx who does not deliver packages with unpaid duties, which you do not know are unpaid until they contact you by mail and the package is already in overgoods. I had to pay additional shipping to get it out. It was horrible and my purchase still has not arrived one and a half months later.
It has now arrived and Bob leisure helped with the additional costs.
