Quite simply amazing. Got a 500 quid coat for 50 quid and with a new customer voucher 40 with free shipping. Arrived in three days, coat was practically unworn (you could tell because of of stiffness... もっず芋る

Amazing service

Amazing service, great products, incredible prices. I ordered a bunch of branded jeans and tops to skate in as I didn't want to invest too much into clothes I was gonna mess up, and honestly they've become wardrobe staples. I have just made another order - I recommend this site to everyone, and each person I've sent to them have received amazing service!

Item arrived stained

Item arrived stained. I’m aware there will be natural staining as these items are preworn and old however the state my fleece arrived in wasn’t acceptable. There were deep stains on both sleeves, the front and on the back of the item and was quite disgusting

We haven’t actually heard anything from you regarding this issue, typically if it does rarely occur, a customer will want us to resolve the issue with the product. & we’re always motivated to do so.

Described simply, since you have never contacted us no matter how much I really want to help you & any other customer with a potential query it is impossible to solve this issue for you before you notify us. Looking at the listing of order #2789 from your reference number in this review - I can see your fleece, & view that some stains have been visually noted with photographs & written in the description. It is very important for us as a business to describe any marks on our products but I also stress that it is the customers responsibility to take note of these things as well, we must share the agency to show any issues & for them to be recognised.
