Hey there, thank you very much for taking the time to leave such a detailed review — it’s really appreciated.

We’re glad the support process went smoothly for you, especially while arranging the return and repair. We do often use WhatsApp as it’s quick for most customers, but we’re always happy to work via email when that suits better, so it’s good to hear everything still worked well.

Apologies again for the Royal Mail collection issues — sometimes those are outside our control, but we always try to stay on top of it until everything is sorted.

Thank you again for your patience and for recommending us. It means a lot to a small business like ours.

Thank you for your second round of feedback. It’s definitely unexpected to hear from you after 19 months & we're genuinely sorry for the frustration it’s caused.

I want to assure you that we’re not in the business of being dishonest. The condition of the returned item was assessed in good faith at the time, and our policy at that point reflected the charge based on the findings during the return process. However, if you have an email that suggests something different, we’d genuinely appreciate it if you could forward it to us at chat@bodybud.co.uk. We’re more than happy to take another look and reassess the situation.
