Liars and cheats
Returned an unworn body (at my own cost) as it wasnât as pictured, and looked cheap, they have emailed to say they wonât refund my £50 as it has been returned inside out and worn, which is 100% incorrect. Their returns policy isnât worth the paper itâs written on as they just blatantly lie to get around it. Why would I send something back for a refund inside out?!?!? Terrible company and would suggest you avoid if you have any reason to return items to them - they wonât refund you!!!

We always refund customers on the day we receive the returned items, provided the items qualify for a refund, which wasn't the case with your return.
You have returned a piece of lingerie that was unpacked and unsealed after delivery, and, according to our warehouse staff, was probably even worn, or tried on. This is not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene. Our returns policy is also very clear on this. The returned item must therefore be disposed of.
Our offer to return the item to you free of charge still stands.
