I received protein bars that were crushed and unusable. When I reached out to customer service and provided photo evidence, I requested to return the damaged items and receive a proper replacement. Unfortunately, the response was that they could only send another box, which doesn’t solve the problem. I’m left stuck with unusable bars and no real solution. This is disappointing and a waste of money. I expected much better service."

I have purchased this product a few times but each time it simply turns to soggy dough like structure- very sweet tasting too and unfamiliar to tastebuds

The protein is whey too sweet for my liking. The chocolate flavour just tastes overly synthetic and artificial. Can’t wait to finish the bag

I would like to explain my grade of 3 stars. When I arrived about 50 minutes early for my appointment I wanted to make sure that the paperwork was completed so my daughter and I could go for breakfast. We live almost 2 hours away so making sure everything was going smoothly is extremely important. The woman behind the desk who stated we were early seemed a little clueless so I explained again that we wanted to fill out the paperwork so we could go get something to eat. They hand both of a single page and said this is for the massage which took 15 minutes to bring us one single page. I stated that’s it for the paperwork because this is not my first massage. We completed the paperwork the other girls there tells us about a cute little place on the same street. They didn’t have the food ready as our appointment was approaching so we got it to go and left in the car. We enter 5 minutes to our appointment and they (the employees) say we have more paperwork for you to fill out. I’m like are you kidding me that is why we arrived early that’s why I inquired several times saying I wanted to make sure the paperwork was completed. I even stated is this cutting into my massage time and was assured no. My daughter and I split up I had 75 minute massage and she had 60 minutes. We meet up at the end I even brought it up to to the staff I was only given 60 minutes of the massage I had a timer on and also marked the time. My daughter’s massage from Maya was terrible she didn’t use oil for the massage until halfway through, didn’t tell her where to put her things, didn’t adjust the head donut nothing she said it was the worst. Who made it the 3 stars was the facial ladies Zoe and Rachel who did an excellent job otherwise you would have received 1 star. I definitely think you are wrong with not having paperwork ready instead of talking and be honest for what you are charging for.

I dont usually waste time writing reviews. However, this has been a nightmare. Ate a cheesecake protein bar which surprisingly tasted good. 30 min later my tongue is burning and all I take is disgusting chemicals. 5 hours later, my stomach is so bloated and feels like a rock. The next day I was getting sharp pains. Eating this trash and exposing yourself to this crap is NOT SMART! AVOID! EAT HEALTHY FOOD!

Purchased items through BSC whilst they had a 50% off sale. I purchased powders, bars, desserts. I am very happy with coming across BSC as everything that I have tried so far has been really tasty and I know that it is good for me. I would definitely recommend any of the products made by BSC to anybody who wishes to try them. There is such a good range of products.

products I ordered were fantastic. However, I got two boxes of protein bars that had Best Before dates only one month away. I would not have ordered them if I had known.

Always a pleasure shopping with body science you no your getting ur money's worth with top of the range training gear the staff are really helpful especially carly we I had some issues with sizes but she sorted it all out and got the order done
