Awful product . Ordered 3 things. They smelled bad . Bad fabric. Won't give me money back. Offered credit. I will give it to goodwill. Ugh.Do not order from them

Total and complete scam. The item took 1 month to receive it came from China and looks NOTHING like the photos of what I ordered. A 100% scam. It’s laughable it’s so bad

Ik heb de Carmen bikini met de Coco kimono gekocht, super blij mee! Pasvorm en kwaliteit echt heel mooi, goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Verzending ging sneller dan verwacht, ze zeggen tussen de 7-20 werkdagen maar hij was er al op de 7e dag. 👏🏻😀

Afgelopen weekend een bestelling geplaatst voor mijn vriendin, pakket werd snel geleverd en het product was van hoogwaardige kwaliteit.

Ik zou hier zeker terugkomen om mijn vriendin opnieuw in het zonnetje te zetten☀️

Kortom een aanrader om hier te bestellen!

Het is een mooie kimono die voor verschillende gelegenheden gebruikt kan worden! Voor op het strand lekker om snel aan te kunnen doen maar er toch nog mooi uitzien, of voor bijvoorbeeld een zwangerschapsshoot waar ik hem voor heb gebruikt!

Be aware. The company Bohoboutique (or cocomoon) sails faked articles delivered from China by a company WH Ventures LLC to this high price pretendig to offer some high quality articles. The pictures presented on its website are stolen from a Balinese shop, so is its beautiful model. The delivered articles have no reseamblance with the pictures: the print is only on one side, very short belt, different sleeves. Such fake articles you can buy on AliEkspress for 5-6 USD + delivery.

Items were not deliverd, I was ignored for a very long time, when i asked about the pakkages not beeing delivered. And the response i finally got wasa link to their site, instead of proper help.

And still no refud or response to my question how to solve this.

They are absolute lack of interest about the order. It was ordered 12th of February. Since than no product no money back either. They explain to me it was my fault to not track my order enough. (My wife at home almost 24/7 btw.) And they didn't even tell the currier company name to ask them about the parcel... Such a wierd experience... I am old enough to palce an order but this time they made me fool...

Since the date of review.. no such a changes.. no response.. notthing what a pity.

Don’t bother with this company! I ordered a kimono and also a bikini. It took ages to get delivered and when it finally did come, only the bikini was in the package yet their delivery confirmation said both items were delivered….but no kimono was delivered! Have messaged them twice since and no reply at all!! Beware!!

WARNING Do not order from this company! I did not receive the kimono. Company just gave excuses, did not track my item to tell me where it is and has not responded to my request for a refund. no refund and no kimono. If you complain on their Instagram they block you and all comments are removed. Lesson learnt the hard way.

I cancelled the purchase and the confirmed - and still they withdraw the money. Exciting to see if they return them...!

I posted a review on their homepage with a 2-star rating stating that the kimono I bought has a good quality but the colour looks nothing like the pictures. I also added a picture so people could see what the real colour is. But they deleted my review shortly after I posted it. I tried to contact them but they don't react at all. So be warned: the reviews on the homepage are filtered. They delete the reviews they don't like! (Haven't seen ANY 1 or 2 star rating and only very few with 3 stars).

Very please with the fit. I am a perfect size 12 and it fit just right. The print is beautiful. The color too. The lenght reaches my ankles. Will be ordering again.

I have ordered and fully paid for a kimono (ORDER #10765) on February 11th.

You sent me an email stating that the item will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
Ant that I will receive a tracking number when my order has been shipped.

But I haven't received any tracking number yet.
The chatbot on the website asks to send an email, which I have done.

Can you please help?

I love this fun and flirty dress. I have worn as a casual day dress with sandals and as a date night dress with heels. I am so glad to have this dress in my closet!
