Mais quelle belle ARNAQUE ce site !!
Inadmissible, je commande depuis 20 ans sur internet et je n'ai JAMAIS eu une expérience aussi désastreuse. Un manque de respect total du service client (inexistant en fait), une réponse pré-enregistrées et impersonnelle, lachée au bout de 10 mails envoyés. Inadmissible. Avant l'achat, je demande si je recevrai mon sac pour Noël (critère essentiel), la réponse est quasi immédiate ("largement avant oui ! 48h pour expédier puis 2 jours jusqu'en France"). Super, je commande le 6 décembre. Nous sommes le 23 décembre et toujours RIEN, Noël c'est demain ! La réponse qu'ils ont daigné me laisser ensuite était pour me dire que le délai était de plus d'1 mois ! Je leur ai envoyé la capture d'écran du premier mail pour leur demander des explications mais que dalle. Autre chose, les messages sont signés par une certaine "Laura", du fait que vous avez l'impression sécurisante d'avoir un réel suivi mais elle n'existe absolument pas. C'est clairement une personne différente qui vous répond et qui ne sait à l'évidence pas ce que la précédente à écrit. Évidement si j'avais lu les avis avant, j'aurai pu économiser 80€ mais je n'avais rien trouvé sur internet lors de mes recherches. Première fois que j'achète sans lire d'avis, première prise de risque (mais aucun sac de ce type vendu ailleurs) première grosse arnaque. Je n'obtiendrai jamais de remboursement je le sais, je n'ai pas réglé via PayPal. UNE HONTE ! Zéro étoile bien sûr. J'espère que ce mail servira à d'autres et que vous ne tomberez pas dans ce piège.

Hands down the worse customer service experience I've had so far. I made my order at the end of June but, since then, I did not receive any form of communication on the status of my order. I contacted them via email, facebook, and instagram but barely got any response. When I did get a response, I got different answers. I also requested a refund for my order (which was their idea) but got no response. You are better off saving your money or spending it on something actually worth it.

it is all just scam. If you google the images you can find them on many other webpages, also on many that are already known as fraud. The quality is absolutely rubbish and cheap, if you are lucky enough to receive your order (after months of waiting, in packages from china.) The customer service only responds if you adress them in public directly over facebook. And then they claim it is all your fault. They deserve five minus stars. Not a single one.

If I could put no stars I would. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. Their customer service sucks. I was unaware the company used Fed Ex to ship and put my PO Box down for my shipping address. Fed Ex called and stated they couldn’t change my shipping label unless the shipper called in to change it. They refuse to respond to me and my box is still sitting there. Currently in the phone with my bank to dispute these charges. Avoid this company at all cost!!!!

Had to leave a review as very dissapointed with the quality. I did get prompt replies from teu seller, however the t-shirt is not at all like the pictures On the website. Awful material and a weird sizing and cut.

Scam. Worst experience in online shopping. Very low quality and not at all like shown in the pictures.

SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! I followed their instagram a while as I was in love with one of their bags. When I finally were able to afford it, I ordered a handbag, sandals and necklace. It took a while until the bag arrived and I was SHOCKED!! It was such a thin material, the leather bag already almost ripped and it had a big hole inside the bag towards the inner pocket. The cutouts were very untidy and not cut properly, the stitching was only some sort of cheap and unprecise stamping. Absolute cheapest quality! The invoice on the outside of the package said "gift bag, value £5" (the only thing they probably didn't lie about) when I paid £98 for it!! I messaged them for a refund - no answer. After several attempts I finally got an answer only after I asked them directly on their Facebook page. They had a 100% money back guarantee if you don't like the article, I said it was broken and cheap quality and I only been told in that case they can't refund and I should go to a leather consultant as they all will tell me it's handmade and absolute genuine premium leather. The joke of my life! A few days later I received the necklace in a little package that came from China.. value on the invoice: 50p. I opened a claim on paypal and documented everything, how the bag arrived broken and all the chat conversation. The seller responded and blamed me to be guilty for ordering huge amounts (£120?!) And open claims with no reason only to ruin their business (I still havent received my shoes at that point) I documented everything and even sent pictures of me dropping off the parcel for return. I already told paypal the return adress on the website doesn't exist and is different from the one on the invoice and the parcel might not even arrive (the seller had a note on the website that in case the parcel gets lost or never arrives you won't get a refund). Paypal said as long as I can prove I posted the parcel I will get a refund. After few weeks my case got closed in favour of the seller!! I contacted paypal again and explained, they said it never arrived, so again - I showed all my proof I had and the tracking fees I paid to the morroccan border. Finally they apologised and I got a full refund.. After 2 months the sandals finally showed up, again from China and no leather at all, very rubbish quality - again - ended in the bin.
I am so sceptical normally but their false guarantees, professional looking picture's and webite with all this logos.. certified.. trustpilot what not - made me believe.
DON'T GET FOOLED!! SAVE YOURSELF HOURS AND HOURS OF HASSLE!!

They have had my money for over a month, still not shipping date. I have tried to contact them via their website, different email addresses and their page on Instagram. They ignore everything they are SCAMMERS do not lose your money

Scam! Do not order from them. I placed an order for a pair of shoes and after 3 weeks and no package or shipping notice, I sent them a Instagram dm which they ignored. It was only until I made a public post on one of their Instagram photos that they got back to me claiming that the package was delayed because of Coronovirus. I asked them to cancel my order...no response. So finally I had to contest the order with PayPal and finally got a refund. They are super shady.

Never received order.
No communication from them.
Do not order from this company many other people have the same complaint as me.

Consider this fair warning

They are really good on making the product look appealing on Instagram and such but when you order something the quality is far from what you see in the pictures (if half of them even are legit..looks very stolen from Pinterest or such..)
Well, made the mistake of ordering a bag myself and what I got was far from "Diligently handcrafted out of genuine leather and beautifully enhanced with ornamentation inspired by the mystique of Morocco".
The bag arrived and it was far from seeming like real leather, super thin and paper-like, and actually ripped on the 3rd time I used it. The smell of the bag was absolutely disgusting and despite of having it from August, it hasn't gone (not that I have used the bag as it is a disgrace to walk around with..makes everyone think you haven't showered for a month).
Despite all of this nothing is as horrible as their "customer service" as it is completely non-existing. I have been chasing them for months now and have not received an answer. They have even gone as far as blocking me on social media for criticizing them. So yeah, they're a scam, they just want to have your money and send you a bunch of bull for it. Do NOT order anything from here....

Super bad customer service, and frankly the whole company is a scam. They sell "leather" products that rip and tear immediately and are really poor quality. Plus the smell of whatever the material is is absolutely horrible, something you cannot possibly be carrying around. The product I ordered seemed alright (despite the smell), although the leather felt like plastic, but after using it only 3 days the bag ripped. Alright this can happen but I have now been trying to chase the company about this for more than a month and have not received any answers from them..just shocking. To me it's super clear that they know their product is not worth the money but they're happy to have it and then ignore your complaints. An utter, horrible, rude scam. Do not order anything from them. They are very good at making their product look good in social media but what you get is far from it.

The crystal summer sandals don´t match with the photo - sole, leather and the crystal roses , full of imperfections and with poor quality (with a toxic smell), not in accordance with the price I paid .Besides, it is impossible to wear them as 42 size fit a 39/40 and my number is 41. They didn´t even replied my complaint. They have de audacity of entitled themselves "luxury designer brand", providing clients high quality - I´ve received these sandals only in a black plastic bag. Don´t inform date of delivery. I deeply regret this purchase because the sandals ar not in compliance nor for offer.

Never received item. No tracking available. I sent email and no response.

El 7 de Agosto realicé una compra online en Bohogang, al día siguiente envié un email a Laura para cancelar el envío pues encontré unas sandalias bastante parecidas a mitad de precio, a lo que me contestó que no podía ser porque ya había sido enviado, lo que entendí y no puse objeción alguna. Diez días más tarde, al no recibir aún mi compra, me volví a poner en contacto con Laura, y me contestó que al día siguiente me enviaría en número de tracking del envío. Al no saber nada más después de este último email, vuelo a contactar con Laura para que por favor me lo envíe, pues desde el dia 8 de Agosto que me informó que el pedido ya había sido enviado, ya había transcurrido 15 días y no tengo mi compra ni más información por parte de Bohogang.

Perfect, my wife loved it!

Bought 2 items on August 4th and ONE of my items is being shipped today. It is August 13th...9 days later it gets shipped out. All this time, I thought it was on it's way. AND they didn't tell me what the problem was and when I can expect my 2nd item...they just sent an email saying one has been mailed out. NOT IMPRESSED AND WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

Well made bag, I love that it is not something everyone else has. Off putting smell for a day or two. Roomy w an inside that is lined w a pocket
