Boiler and storage tank removal.
I've had my boiler installed by BOILER BASE UK.
Jay and his team removed our back boiler and storage tank of 29 years it served us well 😁
So time to get a new up to date
Worcester Combi boiler which they installed in one day which is was incredible!! Jay and his team arrived just after 8am they got stuck in straight away never stopped until they completed the job.
They cleaned up after they finished!
The lads were a joy and very helpful
Moving items out of there way when needed too.
( I TOTALLY RECOMMEND BOILER BASE UK ) Once again thanks!! Superb team of workers. 👏👏👏👏

Jay came out to me and done us a home survey , I showed him the air source heat pump I had installed in 2023 witch has never worked properly after having a good chat with jay he explained everything from start to finish and why my heat pump was not working I WAS SCAMMED BY A ECO COMPANY I have a two bedroom house and they put this big massive heat pump in on a grant and it ruined my home!
Jay turned up today with 2 lads today and removed the whole system and replaced it with a combi boiler I couldn’t be more happy the heat it’s give back to my home is unbelievable the lads helped me out a lot and gabby in the office talked me threw everything every step of the way .. I would recommend these to everybody these are a very good loyal company and will do as they say! No hard sales no pushy sales just genuinely happy to help best heating company in our city keep going boiler base

Great service and a fair price.
Had my new Worcester combo boiler installed on the 9th along with a hive controller.
Jay my installer was very professional, friendly did a great job. He kept the mess to the minimum and cleaned up after the job. They also a made sure to fill in the gaps around the new flue through the wall.
Gabby was fantastic organising the install in under 5 days and she kept me updated throughout the booking and install process.
The house is now warm again and the convenience of the hive is fantastic. I’m a shift worker so my old boiler with its fixed times of operations wasn’t particularly helpful. The Hive lets me control the heating when I need it on at odd hours of the night or I can just as Alexa to put the boiler on for an hour if it goes chilly.

I had a very positive experience with this boiler company. Communication was smooth and responses were quick. They managed to book the installation for the very next day, which was impressive. The work was carried out professionally, and the area was left nice and tidy afterwards. They also offered the best price in Liverpool. I would highly recommend their services.

My experience with Boilerbase uk has…
My experience with Boilerbase uk has been a very pleasant and satisfying one.
We decided to change our combi boiler in December 2025 as our boiler, although still working, was approximately twenty years old. We approached several companies for quotations but chose Boilerbase uk for several reasons. Firstly I was impressed with Jay (who completed the home survey and compiled the quote) on a personal level. At no time did I feel any "sales pressure"yet his knowledge and confidence won me over. Jay went on to explain in detail the options regarding the boiler choices in terms of price and performance. There were options for most budgets.
The installation was completed in a day without any issues. A team of three completed the work without issues or mess, taking the redundant boiler and a radiator (which I'd had replaced) with them.

Excellent Company
Within 24 hours of needing a new boiler Boiler Base had fitted my new one. Excellent customer service from Gabby on the phone. Polite, friendly lads fitted the boiler cleaned up after themselves. Took me through everything I needed to know. Have recommended this company to my sister. 10/10.

Very Efficient Company from the Engineers down to the Office Staff.
The engineer that arrived at my house on Thursday evening on time and said he would be able to fit me a new boiler the next day Friday. Sure enough two of them turned up on time fitted my boiler and all the other things that went with it.
What a fantastic pair of engineers. Nothing was too much trouble, polite, curteous worked hard at it all day, very pleasant even cleaned up after themselves and took away all the old stuff and packages. Highly recommended. Wouldn't hesitate to call them if I needed to. Also office staff very efficient and pleasant making sure everything was OK and that I was alright , so many thanks to Jay, Adam and Gabby. Well done BoilerBase.UK.
