Excellent service
Boiler Breakdowns team were really helpful, in particular Adam the engineer who went above and beyond to try and resolve issues I had with the freeholder to get installation signed off. Installation was quick and tidy but thorough, and he explained things really clearly, from how it was being installed to how to use the controls. Certification came through fine also. Happy to recommend.

I had a new boiler fitted. It was an expense I could do without but in all honesty it's the best money I have spent on the house. The cost was made easier to swallow by the exceptional service I received. The engineer who fitted the boiler was so friendly, professional, polite and respectful. I was visited initially by Mo who had the same quality. The boiler is great. Researching the cost of new boilers/fitting, the price was a fair price. I would definitely recommend this company from my own experience.

DON'T USE!! Called out for my daughter's faulty boiler = £225. Didn't really diagnose accurately. 2 X valves = £500 ! ! = £775 STILL GOT FAULT. Mum+ 2 kids freezing with no hot water, I am on pension RIPPED OFF.

If I could I wouldnât even give one star. Do not trust this company they will rip you off. I came to them with a loud exploding boiler & they replaced valves leading me to believe this would sort the issue. £850 later (Iâve since found out that was well pricy to replace valves) & my boiler is still banging. Then then advised me to get a new boiler & prepared me a quote. They said it was my fault that I assumed the valves would sort the problem. Basically the engineer was inexperienced, he came to see the problem but found another problem. Iâm a single mum with 2 kids in Dec with no heating or hot water & no more money. Conner did not care, he was rude & arrogant & said he didnât care if I gave them a bad review as they get bad reviews everyday. AVOID AVOID AVOID

As a landlord I felt the service was very good. The only quibble I have is on the day of the appt the engineer kept calling me when the appt was arranged direct with my tenant. I was away at the time and didnât have any reception. So it created a bit of back and forth.
