Complete scam. they have updated their site, but previously completely appeared to be the official BOIR site

Horrible and fraudulently company got me for 2 chargers of services never rendered or completed. Had to close my bank account and caused so much inconvenience they should be reported to better business for scamming innocent hard working people…….

Big Fraud company. They charged my card twice

The same as other reportings. They scammed me out of $349 and would not respond to any of my emails. When I called, their customer service hung up on me twice after telling me to take my complaint up with FINCEN directly or to call my bank. So disgusted!!! This really hurts because as a small business, I need every dollar. I have NOT received a refund.
Just file for free with FINCEN and remember the real website ends in .GOV and not .ORG.

Just like 100% of the others as mentioned, they set themselves up to look like an official government site. Not only do they charge for a free service, but once they have your credit card info, they will continue to place fraudulent charges until you cancel the card. If they have your card #, you need to cancel immediately because they will continue to place charges on the card.

Charged $349 for free service. Billed twice without authorization, and no live service phone number to dispute the charges. Just file through fincen for free.

scammed me for the 349 and now fraudulent additional charge on my card for some "learning institute" just a few days after the BIOR charge. i alerted my card company to the fact they are probably related.

Boir is a scam. The filing is free. They have set up a website to appear like it is the official government site. They then charge you 349.00 and then randomly will charge your CC.

This is a scam I did attempt to put a stop on the card but they wouldn’t stop the payment I reported it immediately to the card company I really pray I get a refund and stopped all payments this is free on the federal government website and I m ew something was fishy but it was to late I’m so mad that they don’t stop this scam. They pay to be the first website to pop up on google so
You think it’s the legit company. This is not something we have to pay for once I saw the number I was to late and I already filed !!

FRAUD. We never heard of this company before a fraudulent charge showed up on our credit card. We never purchased from them or authorized a charge.

The phone number of the company does not work.

SCAM they will steal your card info and start shopping how is this still active? DO NOT USE!

This is a scam. I thought I was on the FinCen government website and got through to the end when they charged $349. The pop-up looked really fishy and that's when I realized I had been scammed.

As others have reported, this is a scam website that has likely prioritized its search in Google to pop up first with a Website copy that looks like the US Treasury Site and Beneficiary Owner Interest registration that walks you through a similar process, sites all of the daily fines to scare you, and then charges you $349 for a free service from the US government. I called BOIR, talked to an out of country phone bank person I could barely understand, who was unwilling to even talk about refunding my money for the scam, let along do it.
Report it immediately to your credit card company, AGs, Feds, and everyone else -- and you might be able to dispute it and get your money back -- such a terrible scam for the small companies, many solo business owners, forced to make this filing, and they also have American citizens' licenses, emails, birthdates, and other information they likely sell to the highest bidder. I am so pissed that they exist or can exist ....

Impersonating a GOVT website. They mislead people about their service, charging $349 for something that can be done for free through the Department of the Treasury website.

This is a scam company. Charging $359 for something the US federal government site does not charge. Same exact questions too. Be careful.

This site is a scam. They fraudulently try to look like a government agency, charge you $349 to file something that is actually free to file, and then charge you $149 a few days later for nothing at all. They are petty criminals.

I was moving way too fast. These scammers are GOOD, and I’m concerned about my information now, as well. I thought I was on the official government site filing my own BOI. This was VERY crafty. Can’t knock their hustle, lets just hope they don’t steal our information.

Got scammed they and called to get the refund and they told me no. Filing BBB complaint as well as disputing the charge.

Looks very close to the site that I should have used but was just legit enough looking that I didn't question it. I'm embarrassed to say that I fell for such a stupid scam, but I did. STAY AWAY!!

if you file BOI directly with Gov $0 charges, this agency charged $349 and now I am worried if my info has been compromised!
