Filed a police report today. They have my EIN # and drivers license. Good luck, you messed with the wrong person.

Really cool of google to put them at the VERY TOP.

They got all my information including SS drivers lic because I was scared half to death by my own government about some astronomical fine. I’m 77 and didn’t pay close enough attention

website is a scam site that is made to look like the government site. fincen filing is no cost through legitimate government site.

SCAM ALERT! I was scammed by a website that looks incredibly real and legitimate. When you search for "FinCEN" on Google, this fake website appears at the very top, making it seem trustworthy. The wording on the site is designed to sound convenient and simple, encouraging you to file quickly. However, they don’t provide any receipt or proof of payment—your only confirmation is seeing the money taken from your bank account. Be cautious and double-check the official website before making any transactions!

As of 12/13, their fee is $349. Scam site pretending to be affiliated with the government. They do have small print that says they are not affiliated, but the site overall is to trick the user as the fake logo has an eagle that tries to look like an official one.

The company is a SCAM. They make you believe they are associated with the Federal Government to file FINCEN. They charged ab abnormal amount of money.

Scam. It is only necessary to go the Fin Cen website and not this scam operation. I'd love to speak to them but of course there's no way out of the scam once you're in it

This company is a scam. Beware. Do it yourself on fincen.gov for free! I feel like an idiot for falling for them.

As a first time filer I can’t believe I fell for this website assuming it was the official government one. It is NOT clear that they are a service provider!!!!

This is a scam that provides no incremental value.

Illegitimate scam. These guys pretend that they are FINCEN and charge a fortune to file a BOI report. Our government should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this website to exist.

What a scam. They don’t tell you they are not legit until you add passport info as well as check info. They don’t tell you how much they charge to file a form that is free and misrepresented that they are the official site until after submission.

My accountant sent me the link for boir.org, unaware that it charged $349 to file a BOIR with the federal government. Upon filing, I received an error message that a BOIR was already filed. This company has not provided the service promised and I want a refund. I learned after filing that I could have filed for free at fincen.gov. boir.org's note about this is in small print at the bottom of the web site. I did not receive an emailed receipt for this charge but it did appear on my bank account. I called the company at number on web site 856-249-3934 and received no return call, only the ongoing opportunity to leave a voicemail (again). I emailed the email address on the web site and received error message no such user. FYI the "check the box" email for boir.org will also bounce back. I tried it. Like others with similar reviews, I have learned that this is a company that takes your money unnecessarily and doesn't even deliver the service promised.

This company is a rip off. They charge 3x what any other organization charges ($349) and don't even tell you until you submit payment.

I "filed" through them, the filing was rejected but they won't return my payment. They keep referring me to Fincen. I'm out the funds now and totally my bad but beware.

This website is a scam, DO NOT use it! Google makes it easy for them since they are the first result after googling ‘File BOIR’, and although their website looks official, they are not affiliated with FINcen, or the government. You will not receive any confirmation email once you file, and it’s nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone. After 3 weeks, I called again, and an Indian man answered, and told me that I had been rejected and need to file through the official government website. I could’ve done that for FREE. They are probably not filing any BOIR reports, and just pocketing the money.

I entered my credit card information and drivers license. I’m pretty upset at myself for falling for this. I’m disputing the charge but they have some of my sensitive information. I’m not encouraged at all by the previous reports. Has anyone experienced further fraud or identity theft as a result?

Let me echo the prior reviews. This site charges you $149 to file a report with the government that you can file yourself for free on the legitimate government website. I can't say what it is here for Trustpilot rules.
BOIR does not make the process easier. It makes the process confusing and dangerous. They take your credit card info, take a photo of your driver's license, take your EIN or SSN, and do not answer the phone when you call them. This site is a scam and its owner asks for sensitive information that could lead to identity theft. I was foolish enough to fall for it. I canceled my credit card to protect myself. Don't let them scam you.

Scam site do not use. I fell for it and gave my info. What are the chances for identity theft.
