There is no way this is a substitute for wine. Maybe vinegar? So disappointing as I have a few friends who have gone sober but Boisson N/A wines are terrible. And not cheap. So buy grape juice or sparkling apple juice and save the expense and embarrassment.

After several orders of Noughty NA Wine and joining their “club” for a discount, my latest order ($250) not coming. Boisson filed bankruptcy in April 2024 and they say that has nothing to do with their lack of shipping. Noughty Wines do not ship to addresses in NY NJ and PA. They send you to this company.

Will be requesting a refund and disputing with my card company. Not hopeful. Stay away!!!!

Ordered over 2 weeks ago. No communication. No response. And they have over $100. PLUS, their shipping info says they are "moving their warehouse". Wouldn't you let someone know that before they ordered? Never again.

Like everyone else, disappointing customer service with online order. One bottle missing, reported it, told it was being shipped immediately, never happened. I have started a dispute via cc company whose policy is to pay up for small amounts so now Boisson wins as they have my $ and probably don't have to repay cc company. Good trick! Too bad they can't actually run a decent company.

Confirming: BUYER BEWARE
I placed an order on Feb. 13 and got the normal automated emails and tracking, but tracking never went beyond label generated. I emailed for refund and they indicated it was shipped and coming - "so sorry." I waited another 7 days and still no movement on the tracking. I emailed again asking for refund and they said "so sorry, will look into the order." It's March 8 and still no order or refund and resistance to issuing refund. Disputing charges on with my CC company is all I can do now.

Update: Three stars instead of first review with two stars. Added another star because my order showed up on Jan. 22 because Grace at the Studio City store helped after no phone help from corp. This was my first order, really wanted to like Boisson.
Ordered online on Jan. 8, 2024 for a party on Jan. 20 and on Jan. 18 found out that UPS broke the whole box enroute. Customer service via the website chat, email functions are not helpful, and no person to speak to about damaged order. Grace was very nice and reordered for me but I was charged almost $50 more for the order. Tried to cancel the reorder no luck.

I placed an order right after Thanksgiving. Half of the over $200 order showed up. The other half did not. I contacted the company to ask where the rest of the shipment was and was told they were out of stock.
No one communicated this so I would have waited forever for the missing items. I asked for a refund of the items, which both the chat service and later email support, stated they were refunding. It's now January and they have still not refunded me. I would not recommend ordering from them and certainly won't in the future. No follow through on service.

Update: After I told them to cancel rather than replace my order with something else they went ahead and managed to put together most of the items I had ordered and sent it overnight mail to Hawaii (without charging me for the shipping and refunded me for the one item they couldn’t replace). I appreciate their having gone to so much effort to try to get most of my order there by Christmas.

I ordered Christmas gift for my father in Hawaii and was charged in full (over $200) back in November. It is a week until Christmas and Boisson only just let me know that they were out of stock when they went to pack my order and so never intended to ship it (and they only told me because I had been emailing repeatedly to follow up). They kept my money and never bothered to tell me the order would never ship. Now I am stuck without a present for my dad (which I’d need to ship to Hawaii) a week before Christmas and Boisson still has my money (though they say will refund it eventually). Many of the non-alcoholic products they sell are good but that does not matter if you can’t trust them to ship what you buy or to not charge you if they cannot ship what you order.

Placed an order on December 3rd, received a notice on December 6th saying my order was still being “mixed” (haha, get it?..) and that I’d be notified in 2-3 days if anything was out of stock, otherwise I’d be receiving shipping info. It’s December 13th, and after multiple follow-ups, I am left with an unfulfilled order. I had to file a claim with my bank to get my money back— it seems like the fine people at Boisson don’t have regard for you once they get your money. Wish I saw these reviews first, but typically people don’t have to filter their purchases for common items by Trustpilot reviews— Boisson has taught me that it’s needed.

I visited a Boisson store in San Francisco and had a great experience buying some new non-alcoholic drinks.

I then checked out their site and found a massive selection of NA drinks. As someone who is trying to cut back on alcohol, this is awesome.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was smooth. Very happy.

I love the concept of being able to purchase non-alcoholic beverages but the execution is very poor. I ordered 18 bottles of NA wine for a specific event, and immediately received a confirmation email that the order was being fulfilled. I was immediately charged the full amount for the order. A week after I placed the order, I got an email that Boisson was out of stock of this wine, and that portion of my order would be refunded in 10-14 days. I can't order from a company that isn't reliable. It also seems unethical to hold onto someone's money (hundreds of dollars) for 2 weeks if you're not going to fulfill the order. Obviously this puts me in a huge bind for the event itself and Boisson did not offer to substitute the wine for something else, or offer to immediately refund the money (same day) as it should have done. Super disappointing.

Terrible company do not order!

I ordered $150 worth, they charged the card and then said items were out. Never received confirmation of my order. Cannot talk to anyone and emails being ignored.

Do not order on line. Its been a month of no shipment, periodic communications of "so sorry, we are out of this" and general run around.

No idea if they will actually refund the $150 I paid them already. DO NOT ORDER ON LINE FROM THEM.

nothing short of dissapointed with Boisson. I recently purchased from their website and paid a significant amount for 2-day air shipping because I needed this for today (Friday when the order was placed on Tuesday). When I realized it would not get here on time, I emailed them asking to cancel and they took 12 hours to respond. What's worst, they respond right after I get the confirmation the order had shipped (lie as in reality only the label had been crated); and their response is that it cannot be cancelled because the label was already created.

I wrote back telling that their delay in response was an issue of them not mine and honestly, 12 hour is enough time for any business to process customer requests of this type. As of today, I do not have a response from them; their contact us form online is not working, and the package is still en-route.

Do yourself a favor, DO NOT BUY from them online. extremely dissapointing customer service.

My order shipped late by a couple of weeks and then broke in transit. When I tried to chat and call their customer service line I didn't get any response for days. Eventually I talked to a real person and my issue was resolved but they could stand to improve their customer service infrastructure, and be more transparent about the services that they have. They have a phone number, but calling is a dead end and every menu option leads to voicemail. The website claims to have "live chat" but when you open the chat box it leads to sending an email and waiting to hear back via email. Even if they had a chatbot handle the initial exchange before escalating to a human, I think a functioning live chat would make a big difference in the experience.
