Paul undertook some work at our offices in Harrogate and I was delighted with the quality and craftsmanship of the work. Paul is polite and extremely personable, the work was undertaken quickly, efficiently and with little mess and what bit of mess there was he even cleaned up! From contacting Paul, him coming to give a quote then completing the work, he was professional and it was a pleasure to deal with him; he explained in detail what he would be doing, how and why which was great for someone like me who had no idea what to expect! He even came on a Saturday to minimise disruption to the office....nothing was too much trouble. I’ve recommended Paul to several people including my parents and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone....great service, excellent work and great prices!

Paul is a tradesman with many skills.
The work that he did for us was excellent, this included decorating indoors and out, sorting a boiler out, repairing doors etc. And throughout the process he always kept in touch to update us or consult.
I would not hesitate to recommend him highly.

Paul is absolutely lovely, his attention to detail is brilliant and his workmanship is fantastic. I would recommend him to anyone, he fitted some grab rails for me a couple of weeks ago and came back today to put another grab rail up and a key safe outside. He made sure that I understood how things work and that I was happy with everything before he left.

After our fence got blown down with the recent stormy weather, we called Paul at Bombardier Property Maintenance.

He was extremely pleasant and helpful and dug out our broken fence posts and supporting concrete and disposed of them before laying the new foundations, installing the new posts, and putting in the fence panels. The work was completed in next to no time at all and I will definitely call him again if I need anything doing in the future.

Paul Bird provided a first class service and explained very constructively how to manage the equipment he fitted at the bungalow. He was very polite and made me feel safe and at ease. He explained how he was to undertake the jobs he had come to do and gave me confidence in his ability to do them. He arrived at the time scheduled.
