I ordered a dress which I returned late explaining I had been away on vacation and working long hours. While I recognise this was outside the window I offered to pay for the dress to be returned to me, rather than receive a credit note for less than the value of the dress. The person dealing with this failed to engage with the request and provided terrible customer service.
Bought my second Bombshell dress a few days ago. I emailed to ask a measurement (length) and had a prompt and accurate response.
Dress arrived fairly creased. I nervously followed the ironing instructions and the creases fell out. I do still need it to be shortened as I am not tall. The calf length dress I already have did not need shortening as I bought a fun petticoat which gives it volume as well as making it look a little shorter.
Saying all that, petite size would be even better!
Gill was brilliant and looked after me beautifully. Dresses arrived within 48 working hours. Extremely pleased and will be going back.

I would recommend Bombshell hq to anyone as it’s the first place I have ever been to where ALL the dresses fitted well and were so comfortable to wear. I did not feel pressured in any way which was wonderful as I normally feel intimidated and I left feeling confident and happy with a dress that has already had so many compliments and they have only seen a photo of me trying it on.
Thankyou to Gill who was so patient and helpful. I had an 11a.m appointment and my dress and hat was delivered to my door less than 22 hours later.
I would recommend this company and experience to anybody . You will not be disappointed.

I am delighted because I find it so hard to find smart good quality dresses that have flattering necklines and fit my bust. I dread going into shops only to come out empty handed or having settled for something that doesn’t suit me and I don’t like. No need to do that anymore!!!
Great clothing which is both feminine and practical added to that fabulous customer service. I had some Bombshell dresses previously this was my first Grace dress which I adore. Loved this elegant style and a cool fabric for summer wedding.

Fabulous experience at Bombshell HQ. Marie was really helpful and friendly, as was Katya when she popped in later on. Large selection of gorgeous dresses with amazing colours. Bought the first dress I tried on - have never done this before - loved the colour, the fit was perfect (especially for us girls with curves) and the material was beautiful. Such a lovely, relaxed visit with a very positive outcome. Want one in every colour now. Will definitely be back. Thank you ladies 😘
I bought a waist cincher. I’m a standard size 14 in all other clothing. maybe these come up small I don’t know but It doesn’t stay in place. It constantly rides up to the point it digs into your chest. It flips up at the bottom when you sit down too making it clearly visible under your dress. I personally think it’s too long in the body. I’m 5’6. I contacted customer services about it and explained that I had to take it off after a couple of hours as it wouldn’t stay in place. They sadly couldn’t help and suggested I buy a bigger size! At £70 a go it’s an expensive experiment and one I won’t be repeating.
I really didn’t know much about this clothing company but I’ve just received my beautiful spotty dress...it’s gorgeous...so well made and by a British company too...will buy from them again.
