For over a year now, Bo helps me to solve business and personal problems through his online coaching. Topics of our discussions included strategic decisions for my business, but also personal questions my regarding relationship. I've worked with a few counselors in the past. There were some good results, but I could never say that I felt clearly understood. With Bo this was markedly different. He not only heard me, he also listened, understood, processed and mirrored my reality back to me in a way that rang at least one bell per session. The goal of working with a coach or counselor is to understand oneself a bit better, so that one's thoughts, feelings and habits become a bit easier to grasp. We can then respond to ourselves in a more beneficial way. At 58 years old, I understand myself better than I ever have, due in very large part to my work with Bo. I can't recommend him enough.
