Bon Accord Pest Control レビュー 

I had a bed bug problem. I rang bon accord, and an operative was sent the next day to spray my bedroom. Gabriel was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable.
John, who i was in contact with by email was a great guy. I explained i had a disability, and he told me not to move anything. When gabriel came on his next visit, he moved what needed to, for me. The second visit was free of charge, but if they needed to come back, then they would charge a fee, which is very fair.
Would definitely recommend these guys.

Bon Accord provided very efficient and professional service dealing with a flea infestation. They were very helpful and thorough. I would recommend them. They gave us peace of mind that the problem had been solved.

We had bed bugs in our bedroom. They came quickly and did 2 applications 2 weeks apart and the problem was solved. I would use Bon Accord again with no hesitation.

Prompt response and visit on a weekend after I called about a mouse in my flat. Gabriel came to examine and implement control measures, making a detailed report about holes in the walls allowing the mice in so I could request repairs/cost coverage from my landlord. John from Sales & Support was also very helpful in trying to communicate with my landlord who was refusing to pay for repairs and insisting I am responsible for fixing the strucural defects which existed prior to my tenancy. I have also not been pressured to pay after the landlord's refusal, and hopefully the landlord will fulfill their obligations following an even more detailed report produced after the second visit.

Great service from Bon Accord. Gabriel from Bon Accord took care of a bedbug infestation at home. The customer service was excellent as he was very friendly and helpful throughout the process by explaining the problem and solution clearly.

Excellent service from Bon Accord - Gabriel came twice and got rid of the bedbugs in my son’s room! I was particularly impressed with the professional but honest conversations we had and also how easy it was to get hold of them via phone or email. We’ve also had follow on phone calls to check all was ok and the service was at a much lower cost than what other companies quoted us. Great services and reassurance all the way. Every time I contacted I received a fast response without fail. The professional was able to usually book me in for the next day and came consistently on time. The work was honest and the professional made every possible effort to solve the problem completely without cutting any corners on materials or time spent. Going above and beyond what would be necessary. My rodent problem has been solved and I have not had any issues since.

Bon Accord - and specifically Gabriel went above and beyond to help us treat our rat problem. It was persistent and incredibly hard to fix. Gabriel however was personally invested in helping us, visiting whenever needed and eventually cracking the problem.

These guys are real professionals. So polite, efficient and responsive. There are so many companies that overcharge and panic you about pest problems. Bon Accord on the other hand are knowledgeable and very fair in their pricing.

When Gabriel came to treat a problem I was having with Argentine Ants, he immediately put down the right product and told me to be patient as they took it back to the queens to kill the nest. When I saw ants in an additional room, I called Gabriel in a panic but he arrived the same day and introduced a spray that accelerated the treatment. We were totally ant free for the rest of the year. I saw ants again a few months ago. I called Bon Accord straight away-they came back, put down the treatment and once again, the problem seems to have been resolved as I have only seen the odd ant.
They will be coming back this week to assess and top up anything if necessary. They care about their work and their customers. Don’t waste your time with anyone else. Thank you Bon Accord.
