Horrible, horrible customer service. I had issues with the app and tried contacting customer service. They do not provide a number to call so, you have no choice but to email them. After multiple attempts to contact them, I received a response which did not solve my issue at all. And my other emails have been ignored. This product was not cheap and I expected better service. They deserve to go out of business.

So you spend over 200.00 dollars
on these and you can’t pair them with anything so you call support and NO you can’t talk with them you have to email them and then they don’t answer so you keep trying then if your lucky they'll respond only to tell you that they can’t help you, so you ask for a refund and you don’t ever hear from them again. So don’t buy these…..

I would give these 1/5 stars if I could. The quality is completely garbage. I’m pretty sure they are the same ones sold on TikTok shop and temu. They do not have any padding. They do not fit in my ears. This company does not refund or have a satisfaction guarantee. The this company is a huge scam. I requested a refund with no luck. Stay away from this company!!! After paying $100 for ear buds I won’t use, I purchased soundcore A20s and am very happy. I am very unsatisfied with Bonamour Sleep. I hope no one else falls for their scam. I would give them negative stars if I could.

I went through four pairs of these earbuds because one of the two would stop working and a reset would not work because an earbud button would stop working.

I never got more deep sleep from using them when they were working according to my Apple Watch.

Before ordering a pair of earbuds, I asked about battery duration and was directed to buy the $200 Pro model which never lasted the eight hours I was promised.

I now use Bonamour’s sound library and a small, $25 speaker to get the noise I need to get a decent nights sleep.

...no wonder. Terrible quality of the product and even worse customer service.

Do not buy! Horrible quality, terrible battery, and not to mention the pain they cause your ears. Will not refund under any circumstance.

I was initially excited to read these sleep pods touted ‘as good as the Bose sleeppods’. However, that is NOT the case. The workmanship is poor and they don’t last longer than 6 hours after a full day of charging. They have also caused sores in my ears. The sleep app needs work as the options are poor and not easy to navigate.
Buyer beware! These are not even close to the quality and experience of Bose sleep pods!

Do not buy these products. They stop working within months AND even when they aren't straight up not working they don't continue playing all the way through a track like they are supposed to (and the tracks themselves only last a couple hours, FYI, not all through the night like other sleep products).

My first pair had one problem after another which were never solved by doing all the recommended things (complete reset, re-pair each other, re-pair to the phone, relink to the website that contains the songs). This was after only 3 months. The buds would have sound coming out of only one side, would stop playing altogether despite my internet connection being good and Bluetooth still connected, would stop mid-track after a few hours and bounce me off Bluetooth.

After troubleshooting the company sent me a new pair.

Then the second pair started having the same constellation of problems one after the other. Same suggested troubelshooting. I told them their product was negatively impacting my sleep quality because of the repeated stops and un-pairing with each other with only one bud playing sound. Instead of helping my sleep it was ruining it.

The tone of the emails from customer support was increasingly condescending and unhelpful. Their last one to me was basically "well no one else is complaining and we never replace items a third time" even though their website states there is a 5 year warranty. Ignored my request for a refund so I'm going through BBB.

If I could give zero stars for this product I would. It is falsely advertised as similar to Bose earbuds. They are not nearly as comfortable as Bose and do not last more than five or six hours. The product is not returnable and customer service is poor after the initial attempt to replace the product. The sound library is accessible to anyone with a Spotify account and is falsely labelled as a benefit from buying the earbuds.

My review mirrors the others…..DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! Battery life is 5 hours max. They are very uncomfortable. Customer service is via email only and they do not refund your money. I left a poor review on their site but it was never posted. I now own 3 pairs of earbuds and a sleep mask (they kept sending me products because of my complaints). These earbuds are good to use while working out or yard work only. A good nights sleep you will not get with these earbuds.

They don't last all night. After ~1 week of using the right doesn't stay connected for more than 1 minute at a time no matter how many times I've reset. They inaccurately compare them to Bose sleepbuds. These are nowhere as comfortable nor last all night like Bose. I have a small wound/scab in my ear where the PRO bud has irritated my skin. Not comfortable at all! Their products are non-refundable for a reason. They will send you alternatives but eventually customer service becomes rude if you are unsatisfied with their product.

DO NOT BUY THESE!!!! These are garbage earbuds. You CANNOT get a refund either. They have never worked properly. Cut out after 10 minutes. The sleep library is terrible. The original ones I got hurt my ear horribly. I'm a side sleeper and they say they work for side sleepers. NO THEY DON'T. Got the ProXS and they don't stay in the ear. I hate them both. What's the use of sleep buds that stop working after 10 minutes. Just fall asleep and jolted awake when they stop working. Total scam and garbage. Customer service is terrible. They tell me 20000 users on last night and no problems. I told them I don't care as mine are CRAP. I miss my BOSE!!!!!

This a scam the first pair they sent me were awful..then they said if I give a good review they will send me another pair of sleep buds..but the second one is even worse than the first one..and there's no chance for a refund ..so customers be aware of this company!.

Where was it in your life that something went wrong. The maybe you felt not protected or others that hurt you so you just didn't care about other people.

To the point that now you are just raw and jaded and hurtful. And you really don't care. You just don't care about other people. At all. It's quite obvious.

Many times that comes from terrible trauma.

Who knows. It's amazing sometimes what causes people to be deceitful and dishonest.

Is it arrogance? Is it insecurity and the fact that they maybe never had anything when they were children so they have to take from others? Guess it's complicated.

But at the same time it's very simple.

You are not honest nor have any ethics.

You think maybe you're a better person or you get a better life because you can keep $200 from this person here and this person here. People that you honestly don't care anything about.

Cuz if you did you wouldn't be able to sell a product like that. And if anybody requested a refund you would have provided it.

It's a good thing that your products aren't life critical because you would be that type of person who honestly wouldn't care. Let's put a little bit of digoxin in the saline bag because who knows. We could probably take that ring off their finger and get into the estates and their accounts.

However or whatever you are and have become is sad. You'll never really realize this because people like you just never care and think that you're better than everyone else.

Instead of imploring your skills and talents to better everyone. If you make a mistake in there no problem. That's an honest mistake. But that's the key the adverb is on us.

Someday somebody in your family are perhaps yourself it's going to need the help of an honest person. Society really wouldn't exist without it. And that moment when somebody doesn't hold up that string when you're over the crevice. And you fall to your death.

That will be karma.

It's happened for centuries.

The only problem is people like you will come out after burying themselves in the ground for decades or years like cicadas and bear your ugly red eyes out again.

But you won't live long or be eaten in the process.

Dishonesty is not sustainable. Hope Bella in Poor Things Beats you to the level you deserve.

I am a person with tinnitus, and although I wear hearing aids during the day to improve this, I also need something at night. I share a room with my husband who does not care for background noise so I was very intrigued with the possibility of something comfortable that also plays background noise. I was very pleased with the Bonaoursleep sleep system especially because it comes with a sound library that doesn’t cost extra. The first pair of earbuds I received were the pro series. They were comfortable as long as I was sleeping on my back, however, I am beside sleeper and when I would turn to the side, I was able to wear them. After reaching out to customer service at Bonaoursleep I was very pleased with their ability to respond to my need. Not only do they to upgrade my AirPods to something smaller. They were very help in expediting the issue. I will recommend this product to other people who suffer from sleep deprivation and stress.

The Sleep Library is really good. It has a variety of different options. I'm not one to fall asleep to nature sounds but the colors and singing bowls are really nice.

My package came in a timely manner. Customer service was amazing with questions and directions. The app has a lot of great information on setting up a bedtime routine and plenty of soundscapes to chose from!

I didn’t like the sleep system as it wouldn't stay in my ears and can still hear everything going on. I bought these so I didn't have to hear my loud family while trying to sleep. Piece of crap. Customer service sucks and condecending. A TOTAL SCAM! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Big loss for a crap product. This company can go to hell.

I really need help sleeping. I find the sound library to have a great variety and I can always find something I'm in the mood for.
I had an issue with my buds and found customer service willing to listen and to help me solve my issue.
It's been a good experience.

the bonamour earpieces are comfortable, I havent tried them as a side sleeper but I've been using them to work during the day and they are good at masking ambient noise. I like the sound library, it has lots of options and the connection is stable. I would recommend.
