I strongly DO NOT recommend BonanzaGame Casino.
My account was suddenly blocked while I still had over €500 in my balance, without any clear explanation. Customer support is completely unresponsive — live chat ignores me, and emails are either unanswered or I receive generic, meaningless replies.
I have always been a regular player, with no bonuses or violations. On top of that, I have deposited around $3000 in this casino, so the way I’ve been treated is absolutely unacceptable.
Lack of transparency, no proper communication, and withholding a user’s funds — to me, this looks like a scam.
If you care about your money, stay away from this casino.

Ich möchte andere Spieler vor Bonanza Game warnen. Ich habe 20€ eingezahlt und den „30% Bonus + 70 Freispiele“ genutzt. Die Bedingungen (15x Wager) habe ich korrekt erfüllt. Mein Kontostand belief sich danach auf 1150€.
Plötzlich und ohne Vorwarnung wurde mein Guthaben auf exakt 50€ reduziert. Der Rest (1100€) ist einfach verschwunden. Laut den spezifischen Bonusbedingungen, die mir vorliegen, gab es KEIN Gewinnlimit (Max Cashout).
Der Support hat mir daraufhin – ohne meine Zustimmung – einen neuen 20€ Bonus mit einem 5-fachen Auszahlungslimit eingebucht, offensichtlich um mich abzuspeisen. Ich habe diesen neuen Bonus nicht angerührt und fordere die Wiederherstellung meines ursprünglichen Guthabens.
Eine Beschwerde bei CasinoGuru ist bereits eingereicht. Ich rate jedem zur Vorsicht, bis dieser Vorfall fair geklärt wurde.

I dont get it why this casino have bad review, ok sometimes i get my deposit back and my withdraw have canceled. But every casino have different rules.

I had a win 500eur from 50eur. They did not payd out. Just blocked my account. Got my depsoit back. But that is total shit movement.

This exactly like the "fake money" games that they show hundreds of adds playing their add free game. I do not recommend.
