Honestly amazing, I didn’t have to worry paying my bond up front but by paying a subscription. Thank you so much it made moving into my new and first rental easier and faster

Currently working through issues with Bondable - has potential to be a great service - hopefully just a short term roadblock which can be resolved. I am in Victoria where the service is relatively new. Response time was initially delayed from Bondable which set off some alarm bells, however, now I am in contact with them I am hopeful my issues can be resolved. 🙏🏻

I was unaware of Bondable until we moved home in July 2024. Moving home is expensive and one of the major expenses is coming up with a Bond in addition to the first months rent. I then discovered Bondable where I didn’t need a full bond upfront but was able to pay in monthly payments. The application process was very simple and I recommend them to anyone renting a property. Great to use if you're strapped for cash on a rental bond. The monthly repayments isn't even noticeable. This is a great concept.

Bad customer service can't even get in touch they never respond.

Originally made contact with Bondable to see about utilizing their services. I was advised by the Estate Agency that they didn't use their services, so I paid the bond in full myself.

Since then I have been charged a monthly fee of $19.90 per month. I have tried numerous times to contact Bondable to cancel the debits and to get a refund. Only way of doing this is via their online customer support portal. I have heard nothing back and their is no contact number or other option. SCAM

Take the burden away and apply. Easy to follow process from beginning to end. Easy repayments. Fast service great customer support. Thanks a million team. You are amazing.

Their emails are grubby, got signed up for it by real estate agency. Email subject - "its time to pay your bond", call to action to start subscription.
Likely some people have probably just signed up for their service because of the scammy email they send out.

If I could give no stars I would,I rented a bond of $1480 had been making payments,wasn't even in our home for the lease term and am now getting charged $1987 and threatened to go to magistrate court within a week of ending our lease,do NOT use this company!
