I have been with Bondster for over a year now. So far so good. Especially loans from certain LO are with a great yield with a managed risk. I invest manually because I don’t use many platforms. It gives me a sense of control. But you can automate it as well with their strategies, although I don’t know how well they work.

My experience with Bondster has been good. The platform is easy and investing on it as well. You can make a personalize strategy or use the pre-set ones if you want. I invest in short term loans mostly from a few providers with 16-17%.So far I am happy with my outcome.The customer support was fast when I had questions regading one loan provider.

Don't ever think of investing in this platform. The liquidity it offers is a joke and the buyback guarantee just doesn't work.

I have a late loan for more than 4 months. The buyback guarantee was supposed to be activates two months ago.

Bondster says that they can do nothing

I have been investing at Bondster for slightly over a year now. I am investing mostly in loan originators with a buyback guarantee and a good rating. I am getting back a yield of about 15 % pa. So far, I am content with the platform. The geo location in the midst of Europe is also important for me. They could have developed an app though. It would make it more convenient for me.

I have been investing on Bondster during the last two years. Till 2Q/2022 I think everything was more-less perfect - very good offer of credits, reliable payments to investors.
But now, by end of 2022 the offer of credits in EUR is very very low and payments from several loan companies are horrible. I have about 30% of my investments due over 60 day, which should not happen if BBG would be working. I do not think that problems are only temporar, am really afraid about my money and most probably will draw back at least 50% of my investments.

Bonster did make a mistake, they stated a wrong interest rate at NordCard loans and changed the interest rate to a different value without notification.

Such a behavior is not ok, because of that I wrote Bonster an email to give them a chance to apologize, but I think Bondster try to hide the failure...
Let's see if they find some acceptable solutions... still waiting for a response...

In the past I was satisfied with Bonster, but actually
*) they don't actualize the statistic of the loan providers,
*) the web side is hanging up some times,
*) have a lot of delayed loans +60 days (should never happen because of buyback e.g. Rapidcredit, Rightchoice, Juanchotepresta and Lime (russian loan originator)
*) and now the change the interest of NordCard without any notification...

I give them a red card and stop my investments at Bonster...

I started investing on Bondster to diversify my portfolio and because I was positive about their returns and the completeness of the system.

It has a good amount of loans, a secondary market and a good number of originators to diversify your portfolio.

Problems started when the buyback guarantee on Rapicredit loans was not respected.

Bondster started reporting on delays in June, blaming the Rapicredit buyback delays on technical problems and downplaying the impact.

They told investors in July that they worked around the technical problems by manually paying back the buybacks, but I never received one so I cannot verify if they actually paid back any investor.

While Bondster was responsive to support requests, they repeatedly assured me the problems were temporary and would be resolved in weeks (not months!).

It took until November to fix the alleged technical problems with new promises of payments being made to investors within days.

Unfortunately, I still have not received the buybacks and I'm losing faith in their ability to control the originators and to communicate truthfully with investors.

It's a pity, I think their platform is good but if they don't manage to be transparent about problems with loans and originators, they will lose the trust of investors very fast.

Update (24/11/2022): One of the late loans has been paid back but I still have several pending buyback. They promised and promised, but they don't keep their promises. Communication is poor, they stopped replying to my email and they never pick up the phone.

Update (8/2/2023): Still the bulk of the late loans of Rapicredit have not been bought back. Bondster keeps saying they receive money but just not for my loans, because loans are bought back in order of issue date. When pressed to give me an overview of the amounts due for buyback, organized by date, so that I can see where I am in the queue, they refused. It is hard to believe that they are being honest. They are definitely not transparant!

I've been investing here for a while now, it's a more marginal matter for me rather than the main investment, but somehow I like Bondster. The yields here are quite good and most importantly, it seems like it's a time again when there are more interesting offers to invest in. Definitely a great place for diversification and also for those who want to start investing.

Good news dome loans +60 days late have been refund to me.
I think you had to select carrefully the loans originators on this plateform.

Now not only Rapicredit but also 2 others loans originators have 60+ days late....DANARUPIAH and LIME...bondster are not sharing any informations about the situation...

I remove one more star. My number of loans with buyback not working are going up. Carefull with Rapicredit's loan originator....

For the moment I left 3 stars but it may be less or more in the futur.

Good things are :
High Interest rate
Secondary market

Bad things are :
A lot of delayed loans
Some loans which should be buyback after 60 days are not without any real reason....
No any communication from bondster

Waiting some time, and if it doesn't going better I give up this P2P platform

Bonjour, dans la continuité de ma mésaventure avec bondster chez qui j'ai un encore de 20k euros de crédits russes, je me suis décidé à effectuer un dépôt de plainte auprès de la banque centrale tchèque contre bondster pour abus de confiance. Celà était primordial car cette plateforme ne communique pas et on ne sait toujours pas quand est-ce que on pourrait récupérer ces fonds. Si j'ai un conseil à vous donner alors ça sera de fuir cette plateforme.

Nice, Easy app which Is developing in time, new functions, strategies, is doing well job, portfolio of extended during all the period I am involved in investment. I appreciate also possibly investment in euro.

I have been investing since 2020 -- I have around 20% of my initial investments blocked since almost 2 years now ... 65 loans with multiple loan originators , all blocked not getting interests, not getting invested capital. I have not yet received one single email from bondster, reassuring me they are doing something to recover. It is not responsibility of the single investor to follow-up with originators, I expect bondster to do on my behalf

High income, safe and user friendly. Offering many investment opportunities short/lonf term, rating, investment strategies and more. With the annual yield between 11 and 14% it's one of the best P2P platform. Recommend to everyone!

I am on Bondster from beg. 2021 and everything works fine for me. All with buyback guarantee in EUR, avg. yield of 13% p.a. New look is great.

Bondster.com is a czech website. I hope that bondster will do something about the languages of this website. On chrome, the automated translation does not work well with bondster.com. This is the situation in which you see the page in czech. so, i clicked on translate the website. Then, I discovered the data server of bondster had difficulties returning data. This was due to the fact that on chrome, the language translation didn't work when I chose "english" as language. On Edge, bondster works and returns pages in english when you click on the english language in the top right corner.

. Please bondster, protect this data server, check if it is under pressure. Apart from this, the second market is great. Very small fee for selling on the second market 0,5% /// I did a test to resell my loan on the second market it took less than one hour to resell it. So, you can resell your loans when you need money quickly.

I also wrote to the support team but nobody answered me. They solved the problem but they didn't send a mail.
Without downsides, bondster would be one of the best lending websites. first market is active. It quickly dispatch money. Second market is active too. high yield + buyback guarantee. So, it is perfect.

Disastrous. Keeping money for more than 7-8 days. Not paying them back. Lenders are not really reliable. Their calculation of your profit is a 'lie' - not discounting their fees, not discounting days they keep your money on their accounts, not discounting unpaid loans that are very very high.

UPDATE 12.2021 : Well things have moved in the "good" direction. Money is claimed and the situation is far better than a few months ago ! As thus, moved to 4 stars.

UPDATE : Moved to 2 stars. Answer is that this provider is in big trouble.. but they do some payments monthly, so there are hopes..
I'll update here if something good happens.

Objectively.. this can occurs of course and would not be Bondster's fault.. Well, if we don't think that they should choose more securely their partners..
It seems that they at least have removed that provider..

Well, 25% of my investments are lost.. as BUYBACK just don't exist or simply isn't applied. Most are from "SZYBKA POZYCZKA" btw, with more than one year late !!

Most importantly, to this day, I HAVE ONLY 25% of my investments properly paid !! That's completely unique to this platform..

Well, reading other reviews you can see I'm not alone neither the first one.. I'm just so happy that I invested so few on this platform.

I wrotte to them and will update this review if anything good happens.

I feel compelled to write this review because my experience since November 2019 has not been so bad as some other investors say.
Sure I had money sitting in the "fund in transfer" limbo, but as of today I have 73 EUR cash and 4765 EUR invested ,of these 4428 are on time , 208 are "waiting for entry" , 101 "15-30 days late" and only 21 "over 60 days late".
I haven't checked if I have received interest over delayed amounts ,but the value of my account grew every month.
So I can't actually complain about my experience ,but of course it might be I have just been lucky and troubles are behind the corner.
