Gold standard customer experience. This is truly the best customer experience I can recall having as a small business owner. Every question was answered promptly and thoroughly. I needed a little extra support in getting my design across the finish line, and the Bonfire team really went above and beyond to make things right. I'll be working with Bonfire moving forward for all uniforms and merch, not just because the quality is top tier, but because I know the customer service team has my back.
