I joined the Bonny Snowdon Academy 2 years ago, having previously used one of Bonny's free You Tube tutorials.
I have achieved so much in this time. The Academy gives you the skills to be able to draw amazing coloured pencil drawings. Included within the membership are also sessions to build confidence and business drop ins to help anyone on their creative journey.
The membership group is incredibly supportive and Bonny is amazingly positive and down to earth.

I have been in the group for two years and think it is fantastic. Lots of help and advice and tutorials to help us progress our art. Lots of encouragement to help our confidence. All within a friendly chatty group of likeminded artists. Well worth the subscription fee.

Brilliant tuition, great social media group. The whole experience is fabulous. Bonny is an extremely good tutor and there are several tutorials available for all different levels. Because of her management style the Facebook/live sessions etc are very positive and empowering - whatever your level of expertise. She has a great team working with her. Would definitely recommend if you are looking to start/improve working with colour pencils. There are also some guest experts in the academy so you get a rounded overview of working in the medium.

Joining Bonny’s academy has been the best experience, it’s packed with advice, support, encouragement, tips, and friendship. I have learnt so much since joining in May 2024. Would 100% recommend.

I found my lost joy of drawing. Right at the beginning you’re able to create stunning results. People are very supportive, best FB group! Highly recommend 🫶

Bonny Snowdon Academy is exceptional, the time & effort that has gone into making the academy a safe, fun & supportive learning environment is amazing, there is so much value for your buck, you are able to go about learning new skills at your own pace in all aspects of drawing, confidence, marketing and learning the skills with drawing lots of different subjects in coloured pencil, I cannot recommend highly enough

I’ve been with Bonny and her Ignite academy for two years since Jan 2023 she and her team are just the best. She gives so much of her self and doesn’t hold back with any information that’s in her head. She is so supportive not only with art but with life providing confidence sessions as well. Thank you so much Bonny you are brilliant.

It is amazing value for money, I love the tutorials, the expert artists (omg!!! Learning to draw shiny things).
Bonny releases new tutorials regularly- in a wide range of subjects - and using a wide range of techniques and papers.
Ignite is truely the best money I have spent in terms of art subscriptions.
Bonny also holds monthly critiques, business sessions and confidence sessions. All of which really help develop you as an artist as a whole and really enhance the membership.

Am learning to trust the process. Every picture goes through the ugly stage. Just keep going, take a break from the drawing if necessary but DO NOT bin it. (I have been guilty of this). She teaches so many different techniques for different types of paper.

Bonny Snowdons Academy ist eine großartige Möglichkeit zu lernen, Tiere realistisch mit Buntstiften zu zeichnen. Neben den zahlreichen Zeichentutorials in verschiedenen Schwierigkeitsstufen gibt es noch eine ganze Reihe andere Angebote: monatliche Q&A-Sessions, Business-Sessions und Confidence-Sessions. Außerdem gibt es wöchentlich den Art-Club, bei dem man mittels Zoom live gemeinsam das gleiche Objekt zeichnet und hierbei jederzeit fragen kann, wenn man an irgendeiner Stelle ein Problem oder eine Frage hat.
Alle Live-Sessions werden grundsätzlich aufgezeichnet, so dass man sie auch später anschauen kann.

Ein Highlight sind auch die 1x monatlich stattfindenden Critique-Sessions, bei denen Bonny eine Auswahl eingereichter Zeichnungen bespricht (von Beginner bis Profi). Bei diesen Sessions hebt sie immer die gelungenen Aspekte des jeweiligen Werkes hervor und ihre Verbesserungstipps sind immer auf das Level des jeweiligen Mitglieds ausgerichtet und somit wirklich hilfreich.
Dieser wertschätzende Umgang gilt auch in der privaten Facebook Community. Man kann sich hier auch als blutiger Anfänger sicher sein, wertschätzende Kommentare und Hilfe zu erhalten, da alle immer schauen, wo jemand gerade in seiner zeichnerischen Entwicklung steht. Ich habe durch die Academy in den letzten 1,5 Jahren eine ganz neue Welt für mich entdeckt und unglaublich viel gelernt.

I joined the ignite membership last year. It took me 6 months before I actually got started. Thinking I needed all these pencils. Once I got into the community on Face book a lot of my worries were put to rest and I felt supported. ignite has been excellent I now feel confident to draw. lots of good feedback from people and advice from Bonny and the team. I love the live draws all be it late in my time zone. Good thing is you can repeat it in the rewind. Love you Bonny!

I love how clearly everything is explained. Nothing is too much trouble for Bonny, who is a fantastic artist and very friendly and approachable. She shares all her knowledge with you. This is a very friendly group of artists who are all so supportive of each other.

If you are interested in improving or even a beginner wanting to learn how to draw realism, or just get comfortable with colored pencils to find your own style, give the Academy a shot.
Bonny’s methods, techniques and teaching style is well worth it!!! Not to mention the amazing community of fellow artists.

I love being a part of the Bonny Snowdon Academy. Bonny is a great teacher. I love doing her live sessions as they are so relaxing and you can see exactly how to do the drawings using coloured pencils. You will amaze yourself at how you are able to draw. It is a brilliant way to learn to draw with coloured pencils and the video tutorials are great as well.The academy is great for learning, encouragement and help if you need it.The Facebook page with members is lovely because everyone is so positive and helpful on it. I’m looking forward to progressing further with my drawings with Bonny.

I’m glad I signed up for Bonny’s drawing courses. It’s been nothing but a great experience to find out that I can put colour to paper as where I use to just use Graphite. I recommend this course by Bonny as she is great at setting you at ease when doing your drawings and is very informative on the different ways of doing the different subjects she works on. Couldn’t be a better teacher. Thank you Bonny.

Bonny Snowden is the best teacher, and she is so encouraging. There are always new tutorials to learn or improve your skills. I love being a member , this is the best thing i've done for myself. I’ve been a member of the Bonny Snowdon Academy (Ignite) since January 2024. It was the best decision I made, not just because I’ve learned a new skill (it’s so much more than that). Under Bonny’s tuition and supportive guidance, I’ve developed my confidence in ways I never imagined possible. The resources which are available to members are fantastic and Bonny and her team are so professional. Lastly, the Ignite community is such a supportive and inspirational group - it’s lovely to be a part of it.

Bonny has created a 5* community around her art. She teaches in a calm, relaxed manner, yet she is as real as they come. No pretense or fake mannerisms, you get Bonny (and her naughty dogs!) in all their glory. The quality and realism of my drawings have improved so much by adopting her fully demonstrated techniques. She doesn't just say "do this," she tells you WHY you should do that. Understanding the why behind a technique makes you a far better artist, and you learn much much more than just following her tutorials.

Bonny Snowdon is one of the most fabulous, generous, kind and talented teachers I’ve ever come across. I’ve been a member for 2 years and I’ve learnt so much. The membership covers not only the skills of coloured pencil drawing but also so much more… it’s such an incredible teaching platform that will help you to improve your skills and personal development and there’s also a wonderful Facebook group where the members help each other in the most friendly positive and supportive way. I highly recommend learning with Bonny, she’s has the biggest heart and is a joy to listen to.
