Great quality products and awesome support if you need to call. Spent 17k on a pergola + extras and very satisfied with how it’s performed and held up in the heat.

The person that we worked with was great and the product was delivered without any issues.

We purchased a Bon Pergola after searching both locally and on the web for all the options to cover our 15’ x 24’ back patio. The rear of the house faces south here in North Carolina so we have full sun ALL day, all year. Aside from wanting some shade to enjoy our back yard (overlooking the 18th hole on our golf course), we wanted to reduce the solar gain in the south facing room.
The Villa Pergola 2.0 (19 x 13 freestanding) fit the bill perfectly both in size and with a surprisingly low cost compared to other quotes we got. After obtaining all the permits from the HOA and the County, we ordered it with extended 9’ posts in white. It came surprisingly fast from California to North Carolina and was delivered professionally to our home with care.
My son and I built and installed the pergola in under 6 hours. We did need a 3rd helper to raise the 19’ beams and my wife unpacked all the parts while we worked…so I guess it would be 4 people if I’m being honest. The pergola was manufactured incredibly precise, the instructions were impeccably accurate and easy to understand, all the parts fit perfectly and the finish did not scratch or get damaged at all during assembly. My wife and I were very impressed with how carefully everything was packed and the quality of the pergola.
Once completed and installed I was able to then construct the barbecue island I planned to encompass one corner. We love and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bon Pergola for anyone considering a purchase like this.

Great customer service. We had issues with one of the shades not being the correct size due to some manufacturing issues. After FaceTiming with customer service we received a new one that fit perfectly.

Easy to deal with and they have a great product!

I think the product is awesome, my issue was the delayed shipment, the heater and a LED light cable were not with the initial order, hardware packages were not labeled and some of the base plate holes did not line up with the posts. I like directions the old way ..on paper..step by step !

High quality kit with clear instructions. Everything fit as designed, all the holes lined up, and it all works as it should. I'm impressed with the quality of the hardware, and it took me and 2 helpers 3 hours to erect it, and then me another 1 1/2 hours to finish it, including the time needed to break down the highly effective shipping cartons. You don't need a professional to do this if you have ANY erector set experience and can read directions.

We quickly determined the problem and resolved it with a few tests. The replacement parts are on the way.

The quality of the pergola and accessories was sub par, the details and specs online are all incorrect and outdated, as are instructions, worst of all, the sales team is entirely dishonest, misrepresenting policy, product details, and entirely untrustworthy as we agreed un writing about return details extremely generous for Bon Pergola, after they stored a mis delivered item unauthorized on our property as well, then they attempted to reneg and not refund any amount of the item, although the product arrived damaged and we kept part of the damaged item as well in exchange for partial refund. Absolute nightmare. Buyer beware!

The "paper instruction" is also not up to date whatsoever. The item that was left was NOT in box and identified as incorrect, yet left anyways for weeks in addition to trash crates not associated with order we addressed separately at much inconvenience I did not go into those details here. I also supervised this for over 2 hours before changes were improperly made without my supervision after signing. The boxes appeared fine, but damage was identified and documented and sent after opening. For the return - INCORRECT, YOU ARE MISSING AN HOUR LONG PHONE CALL AND EMAIL WRITTEN AGREEMEMT AND PHOTOS SENT in which all details of return were confirmed that your company is no attempting to reneg on after arranging return and also complaining we did not repackage your mistaken delivery when we likewise sent photos of items before transport. You are also trying to blame the shipper in a manner that makes no sense as you ship with different companies. We cannot begin to comprehend why you are complaining about a shipment issue insirance issue when that has nothing to do with us or our return, perhaps to deflect and make an excuse? And again, video and photo show boxes. We have documentation of damage sent to you via email. Lots of "suprises" that are in fact not a surprise but willful ignorance and deflection.

Seems to be a well made product , Was relatively easy to put together . Just be prepared for large delivery and might have to have additional help or equipment to unload. Customer service has been excellent without a lot of buttons to push in order to talk to someone.

The team worked with us to meet our specific needs. They gave us a great product at a good price. Very happy overall.
Areas that could have been improved were around more detailed installation instructions. Had to go back and forth and do a bit of searching to find what we needed. The big pergola remotes had no explanation as to how they worked and how they worked with the small light remotes. Also, can’t get the Bond box to connect with the pergola lovers.
Works I buy again and recommend to others, absolutely. Very happy with the product.
