The product was well packaged... in fact very well packaged.

Parts were clearly labeled, and extra parts were included and labeled as such. Fit of all component's was great.

Went together very well. Its very well made, so while the assembly is tedious, and the components are large and heavy, there were no issues with the assembly

Everything has got protective film on the metal. Its a pain to remove and removal adds a LOT of time but is worth it as it really is protected in shipping.

Product does function as intended, though i have learned that if there are leaves on the louvers, it might leak during rain. just like your roof gutters, you need to keep that clean.
I also bought the bond bridge, but learned afterwards that something has changed with that supplier and it is no longer compatible. Waiting on return instructions, disappointed in that part. If that had worked this would be five stars

We absolutely love our bonpergola! Turned out great, and was very easy to install. The motored louvres and shade work well and keep our patio shaded and cool!
We only had one issue with a motor that went out, but the customer service was fantastic and they sent us an updated motor and was able to replace it quite easily! Highly recommend!!

We are absolutely thrilled with our new 13x19 Villa Motorized Wall Mounted Pergola! Initially, I was hesitant to purchase online without seeing it in person, but after speaking with David several times, all my concerns were addressed thoroughly. His expertise gave me the confidence I needed.

I was also worried about the installation process, but the recommendations for installers made everything seamless. To our delight, the pergola arrived sooner than expected, and the delivery went off without a hitch.

Our backyard lacked shade, and now, with the addition of the pergola, the space feels so much larger and more inviting. We’re enjoying our outdoor area to the fullest! The motorized roof is a fantastic feature, allowing us to adjust the shade exactly as we want.

Pergola is Super

Pergola arrived a few days later than planned and this gave us some challenges with manpower. However, the pergola arrived in great shape, with all its parts. Assembly and installation were uneventful.

The best part is the pergola now sitting on our patio, makes it a very special place. Early reviews saying our patio is like a luxury resort, we do have a great view.

The delivery of the product was frustrating. The "white glove" service is just two guys taking the boxes off the truck. Had to switch delivery companies, and delivery times, which meant staying home two days to wait for the delivery. When the second crew called, they asked ME if there needed to be more than one person to drop the product off.

Poor communication. Poor instructions on delivery

Overall, the experience was less good and more bad. Customer service is great, product is not worth the price tag. The product materials are good, but installation is very tough even for professionals. The motor shades are useless and even with perfect leveling, they don't work. The electricals for motorized louvers and wiring is not internal and is prone to damage with louvers. Everything should have been prewired for louveres, shades, and heating. I will not recommend to order for this price.

Good service and fair prices

We are very happy with our 13'x13' Villa Pergola. I've had a lot of questions through the process and the salespeople and owner have been very kind, helpful, and responsive. I'd definitely buy from them again.

It was tedious but we got it done. Ours was complicated because we had to modify the height. By the folks and Bon gave us great advice and guidance.
