Colour was not as pictured. I ordered two dresses which were not of quality and I returned them both. I knew about the return fees (although it is not made very clear before buying), and they made out that one of the dresses got lost during shipping?? I packed both dresses together in a secure package and they confirmed they had received one dress but then tried to say they hadn't received the other package despite them being shipped together in the same package. Will not buy from here again.

what a lovely product I have received in my purchase. The best fitting I have ever had. True to its size. The quality of the fabric is excellent. High quality. Delivery was smooth and quick. customer service is amazing. I am glad I have finally found this amazing company.

First time using this online Bonyhub as advertised on Facebook. The service on chat was wonderful as helped me all the way on measurements, all latest ranges with images and quick, friendly reply to all my questions. Received the garments within timeframe. After seeing my clothes my husband has also ordered Indian suit from Bonyhub.

Super fast delivery. Lovely product.

I have bought a few suits from Bonyhub and half of them have come back with the wrong sizes. They cut out the label so you can't prove it and send you the wrong size. They also make it very difficult to return the items. The other half of the suits were nice, but purchase at your own risk.

Don't buy from these. Items were poorly stitched with wobbly stitching and conditions of item extremely poor!!!
They say returns is easy but they fail to mention that they charge restocking charges and other fees!! I spent £75 and only received £58 back. DISGUSTING.
IF THEY HAD SENT ITEMS AS SHOWN WOULD HAVE BEEN OK BUT THEY ARE SCAMMING CUSTOMERS AS EVEN IF ITEMS ARE RETURNED THEY ARE MAKING A PROFIT
WILL NEVER TRUST OR RECOMMENF!!!!!

My order was received quickly and I am happy with the quality of the outfit. Great value for money.

Colour not at all the same as photos advertised. Not even near. When returning I lost over £15 in shipping and return fines. Not shopping here again.

Customer service are brilliant, always reply promptly to help with any enquiries. I ordered the one minute saree and it’s perfect. Very very easy to put on and looks so flattering and beautiful. Will definitely be ordering again!

Rasha was amazing and so helpful in helping me decide and wasn't forceful and pushy into buying. She helped with the sizes and told me about the best discounts that were available. Also the availability of items. She was mostly very patient in answering my questions. She was absolutely amazing.

Nothing wrong with the clothes but I find it difficult to understand their pricing . I’ve bought quite a few items from them in the last year and those same kurti’s or salwar kameez are Now double the price … how can they justify the jump in the prices within a matter of weeks .
Talk about ripping off the customers

I’m not going to exaggerate my experience! All the pictures in this website are stolen from legit sites. They don’t have any original pictures for items they sell. Hence, everything looks and comes different. Stitches are poor. However, I gave 2 stars as they’ve delivered my stuff within given time and accepted my return smoothly.

EDIT NO 2- I would reduce this rating to a zero if possible just for the sheer number of lies told here. I most definitely added in my order and personal details within the parcel- so there would have been no issues whatsoever in identifying it.
And also most definitely submitted the online process for returns as required.
Since my dealings with them I have read many negative reviews which had I done so initially I would not have bothered giving them any custom
Not sure why the company cannot just apologise and move forward graciously especially on a public platform. A sure quick way to failure…


EDIT-reduced to one star due to inefficiency of processing refunds unless chased.
‘Note the reply from BONYHUB below is untrue. I had to open a case with my bank to obtain my refund from this company. They received my returns parcel on November 11th and I obtained a refund on December the 10th only after opening a case with my bank and after numerous emails to the company. Returns address was also not sent automatically until I requested a number of times. In short this company does not make it easy to return items and then tries to avoid refunding unless chased.’

They are not replying about my refund Bonyhub .I posted them product back and spent my money and now they stopped replying me . And they also received their product back .

Terrible company . Ordered a item was too big shipped on 22nd sept and still no refund such a headache company I do not recommend

I've ordered a few items to choose from and received them within a week. I returned some which was straight forward (for a fee though but I guess that's why Bonyhub can maintain the competitive prices on their items). The refund process was done as described in the terms and when I asked the customer service team questions, I got quick and reliable answers within 24h. Very good experience all round.

I have bought a gown saree from bonyhub and it was very nice, looks exactly same as in the picture and correct size too. Very good customer service too. There was an issue with my order, it was my mistake, i have contacted bonyhub through whats app. Soved my issue within two days, i recieved my order on time, i cant wait to shop more 😊

I even have pictures of how insanely awful this saree was but, ripped edges, loose threads literally everywhere, edges cut up by what seems like a child, AWFUL material nothing like the pic, massive blouse, golden design of hem ending in random places on the saree, SEWING marks where the golden hem wasnt, see through and literally messed up everywhere, i am a working STUDENT, i bought the saree for £60 which is 3 days of work for me, it aint easy for everyone, i was gonna cry when it came with the worst material known to man after wanting to treat myself one time.

Edit: their attempt to remove my review as “defamation” rather than fix their issue was insane, they wanna call this defamation till ill pull up with pics of how RIDICULOUSLY the edges were cut up and the there were more threads than effort put into actually making this. Do better💀

I ordered a ready made saree. Arrived on time. Did not fit me. I contacted Customer Services and asked about how to return. I followed every step. Paid for the postage. No refund has arrived. I have emailed Customer Services several times with absolutely NO replies!!! Extremely disappointing. Will get my credit card involved. Will NEVER EVER order to this company again.
