Brilliant Day at Autocab – We’re Proud to Be Part of It

We’ve been using the Autocab dispatch system at Manchester Taxi Service Ltd for a while now, and honestly, we couldn’t be happier. It’s helped us run things more smoothly, stay organised, and grow our business — it just works.

We were invited to the Customer Success & Connect Roadshow at Autocab HQ and really enjoyed the whole day. It was well put together, friendly, and full of useful insights. The 1:1 sessions were a big help — it’s great to sit down with people who actually understand your business and can show you how to get the best out of the system.

We also loved getting a sneak peek at what’s coming next. You can really see that Autocab is constantly improving and thinking about how to help operators like us compete with the big platforms.

Big shoutout to the whole team for making us feel welcome — the food, the atmosphere, and the chance to meet other operators and partners like FLIP, SumUp and M2M made it a great experience all round.

Soo bad service..they send the taxi in wrong date wrong time..now..they canceled my new book 3 x..i waited for a taxi, last time and it never came here..i drive my car like crazy to don't loose my flight in Bristol airport..
today i tryed to book again and they refuse my book 2 for times

this company doesn’t even deserve 1 star I previously booked a taxi 2 weeks before taxi was needed but still came 2 hours late and I had been very late for this important event but still drivers had the audacity to be rude and have attitude against me this is a very rubbish and digusting service will never ever book from here again!!

Used it for 4 years due to te taxi firm I work for use it rubbish app every time they updated 3 month mess up and always crash bad service

If you want a taxi that never turns up even after pre booking the night before. And being told that due too high demand your taxi is delayed. Then look no further than this outfit to provide all the above

Can not give a no star. This was not the first time this has happened but this will be the last. I record all my calls also so I have all proof. Called for an 810am taxi the night before and received a confirmation text. The gent I spoke to was very polite.
This morning I called at 730am to confirm the booking was on and was advised it was. Called again at 8am and the automated service advised they were trying to get a car for me and it would be delayed so I opted to speak to someone who advised the car was 10 mins away and assured me it would be on time. Called at 815am and was advised they were still trying to get a car for me and it will be on its way and he hung up.
830am I called and spoke to a more reasonable gent who was given details from another gent in the back ground who was obviously reading my call log....she called at 730....she booked last night....she should not have been told the car was on its way...he said
Though he spoke to me reasonably there was no apology.
The car finally arrived at 855am. When I advised I'd left the driver hung up on me. Never using this service again.
Had my call to them been this morning I would understand the delay but I booked the car the night before no excuses.

I had the most horrible experience with this company.

I booked for a service and paid in full. The company cancelled within 24 hrs of delivering the service and refused to provide alternative service.

They could not refund the funds I paid to them as they cancelled claiming that it will take days and there's nothing they could do about it
