Here’s how our system works, as outlined across our site:

The £19 Notification Package provides real-time alerts for slots available nationwide. But these slots are public and vanish in seconds—another user might claim them before you do.

The £49 Auto-Booking Package works only after you provide your existing test reference. Once active, we automatically try to move your booking forward.

If the service is not fulfilled within the promised time, we refund -no discussion or confusion required-

Yes, there are many positive experiences here. And yes, there are a few negative ones as well. The difference often comes down to two things:

EXPECTATION vs. REALITY

PRE-JUDGMENT vs. PROCESS COMPLETION

We’ve seen users call us a scam within 2 days of signing up—before the system could even start. Some don’t read the FAQ, don’t reach out to support, and only interact via reviews. To clarify, the Notification Package is exactly as described—it alerts users via email when a cancellation slot becomes available. The service does not book tests on your behalf, nor does it promise a guaranteed slot. The emails are based on real-time data, and due to high demand, some slots may no longer be available by the time a user clicks.

Slots are highly competitive and often claimed within seconds by other users or systems. This affects all platforms that scan for cancellations.

We want to stress that we do not generate or fabricate slots. Our system monitors official availability and notifies users the moment something is detected. And as per our policy, if a user receives no alerts at all within 7 days, they are fully eligible for a refund. If even one valid notification is sent, the service has been fulfilled.
